By now, Redskins coach Jim Zorn may be used to having his decisions questioned by his bosses.
One of his players is also happy to help. Cornerback DeAngelo Hall said that taking Jason Campbell out of Sunday's loss was the wrong move.
"As far as the change of benching Jason in the second half, obviously
that didn't work. So that's not the change you need," Hall said. "I think if I was the
guy, I would've left Jason in . . . I don't think that was the right
move. Coach made that move. Ain't nothing I can do about it. He made
that move, he had to live with it."
Hall's play this season, lovingly highlighted by Cris Carter Monday night, has been spotty. It's probably never a bright idea to question your coach's strategy, but it seems especially short-sighted from a player like Hall.
The good news for DeAngelo is he'll have nothing to complain about this week.
Zorn has confirmed an earlier report from ESPN's Matt Mosley that Campbell will start Monday night against the Eagles.

campbell isnt the answer. neither is hall. unless the question is - who should the redskins NOT start...
DeAngelo Hall was cut for being a bust with the Raiders for God's sake! his opinion is valued by WHO????? Don't talk until you prove you can play!!! That should just make Hall quiet for the rest of the season!!!!
Maybe Scrub Hall should worry about tackling and maybe covering someone for once rather than worry about who is playing QB. Overpaid drama queen.

Always good to hear a player who should be picking splinters out of his ass each week offering suggestions on who should and shouldn't be playing. Hall needs to concentrate on not getting getting run over by quarterbacks and worry less about who may or may not be taking snaps from center. What a dick!

the Redskins play on MNF? In the year they set the record for viewership on ESPN, they are trying to set the record for lack of viewership.

How about Jason Campbell? would you rather see him in over campell and collins? I think you're on to something here CesarM, letting players contracts end, then trading them, rather than them going to free agency and signing elsewhere. My question to you is, where does CAMPELL SIGN?
DeAngelo couldn't tackle a Pop Warner running back, let alone a NFL back, so maybe he should keep those thoughts to himself.
