Kansas City Chiefs left tackle Branden Albert was listed as a game-time decision for today’s game against the San Diego Chargers, and now that game time has almost arrived, we can report that Albert is out.
Albert, who has a sprained ankle, has allowed 2.5 sacks this season on a struggling Chiefs offensive line.
Also inactive for the Chiefs is wide receiver Bobby Engram, who hasn’t had much of an impact on the Chiefs’ offense this year (just five catches) but whose absence probably means Bobby Wade will see a few more passes thrown his way.
NFL.com has all the rest of the inactives for the Chiefs and Chargers.
