I stated clearly I am good friends with one who has worked for Bill since the 1980's. Reading is fundamental...hooked on phonics is your friend.

Speaking as someone who grew up with and still has a great friendship with a "Parcells guy" who has been with Bill since the 1980's...I can tell you the only name player Jerry Jones ever clashed with Bill on during the draft was in the 2003 draft when Jones wanted Terrance Newman. Because Newman reminded Jones so much of Deion Sanders. While Bill wanted Carolina tackle Jordan Gross and wanted to trade down with either New Orleans or Jacksonville to get him.

Childress calling the NFL to complain about the tripping call that the refs gift wrapped for the STEALers should be it's own news item.
That was a travesty that resulted in a 14 point swing.
------------------------------
The call resulted in a 6 point swing. I still haven't seen the video of it, but I've seen Vikings fans cry about it and non-Vikings fans on both sides.
But contrary your opinion, that call did not require Favre to turnover the ball on the next play.

# John Cittebart says: October 27, 2009 12:18 PM
Regarding the item:
"Said Cowboys owner Jerry Jones of LB DeMarcus Ware, "He's a cornerstone player of this franchise," Jones said, "and will be for a long time to come.""
Jerry Jones couldn't say this nor be ecstatic by this development if not for Bill parcells -- headcoach at the time who had everthing to do with selecting Ware in the 2005 NFL draft.
Parcells is still providing thrills for Jerry Jones!
---------------
If only it were required that people knew what they were talking about before being allowed to post on the internet, morons like this would only be able to spew their idiocy to those around them.
Parcells wanted Spears, not Ware. Jerry over-rode Parcells and took Ware then when Spears was still there we took him second. Parcells did not want Ware.
So get your facts straight, do some reading, and get bent Cittebart.
