As the Vikings and Packers prepare for Part Two of the Brett Favre Non-Revenge Revenge Tour, the two starting quarterbacks at the center of the drama are dealing with injuries.
Both Favre and Aaron Rodgers practiced Wednesday on a limited basis. Favre has a hip injury — Rodgers has a bad foot.
Surely, both will play on Sunday.
Three starters missed practice for the Vikings on Wednesday: receiver Bernard Berrian (hamstring), linebacker E.J. Henderson (knee), and cornerback Antoine Winfield (foot).
Winfield reportedly has a broken bone in his foot, and he’s not expected to play before November 22.
Also, linebacker Ben Leber (calf), cornerback Karl Paymah
(quadricep), and fullback Naufahu Tahi (knee) practiced on a limited basis.
For the Packers, tight end Jermichael Finley (knee), safety Derrick Martin (hamstring), center Jason Spitz (back), center Scott Wells (not injury related) missed practice.
Tackle Chad Clifton (ankle), linebacker Clay Matthews (jaw), tackle Mark Tauscher (knee), cornerback Charles Woodson (hip), and defensive end Jarius Wynn (hamstring) practiced on a limited basis.
