Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson was involved in a one-car accident Friday in which he was unhurt but was cited for careless driving.
CSNPhilly.com reports that Jackson was driving a 2008 BMW on I-295 in New Jersey when he drifted off the road, hit a curb and guard rail and spun around in his lane.
Jackson was reportedly wearing his seat belt, and police said there were no signs that he had been drinking or was otherwise under the influence. He was issued a summons for careless driving.
Jackson is active and will play today against the Giants.
[Editor's note: The real question is whether Jackson reacted to the fact that he emerged from the accident unscathed by calling the outcome "unpossible."]

He probly couldnt see over the steering wheel.
I bet he gets drug tested tho by the NFL. Because the NFL might think if its his fault and hes not drunk and there was no car or animal or something in the road involved then how the hell did he drift off the road. The reason I say there probly was no car or animal or something in the road involved is b/c if there was he probly would have not gotten the ticket.
Now Im not saying he was on drugs. I hope not the Eagles dont need it. Im just saying the Commish might here what happened and think its better for the league just to be thorough and make sure he wasnt under the influence.
Curbs on 295?.....As someone who logs 50-60 miles a day on this construction deathtrap, I have yet to see a curb, you either hit a guard rail, a 20 foot tall silence barrier, or drift off into the grassy medium or the trees....Construction on this road is constant, and i probably see 3-4 accidents per week, maybe he hit a construction barrier, just getting on the damn road from an off ramp takes an accelerated driving course....You have to drive carelessly, there is no other way to navigate......
Probably on the cell phone or reaching over to pick up a cd.
I vote for "on the cell phone" too.
Me flunk English that's unpossible.
