At a time when fans, the media, and — perhaps most importantly — former Dolphins players are openly criticizing receiver Ted Ginn, the ninth pick in the 2007 draft has shut everyone up.
Ginn took a kickoff return 100 yards for a touchdown in the second half of Sunday’s showdown at the Meadowlands.
The score, plus the extra point, gave Miami a 10-6 lead.
The return came one play after Jets kicker Jay Feely nailed a 55-yard field goal to give the home team a short-lived three-point lead.
Ginn, who has dropped several key passes this year, was removed from the starting lineup for Sunday’s game in favor of rookie Brian Hartline.
Can’t drop a pass when he is running kicks back
Just did 101 yards for another TD.
Make that two kickoffs returned for a TD
Hey Jet fans. The Dolphins look terrible. Jets look worse. The difference is that your coach is a loud mouth without rights and the Dolphins just go quiet. Hey Pate, is Ginn also a clown?
