The Cowboys will have their Pro Bowl nose tackle in the lineup against the Seahawks on Sunday.
Ratliff was a surprise addition to the team's injury report on Friday after banging his knee during practice on Thursday, but the injury isn't enough to keep him from taking the field. He'll play and start for the Cowboys.
Kick returner Allan Rossum won't play, however, as a hamstring injury in his Dallas debut will keep him on the sidelines. Patrick Crayton returned a punt for a touchdown against Atlanta last week after Rossum got hurt and rookie wide receiver Kevin Ogletree is active and is likely to take Rossum's place on kickoff returns.
As expected, the Seahawks will have CB Marcus Trufant in the lineup for the first time in the 2009 season. The rest of their inactive list, as well as the other Cowboys inactives, can be found at NFL.com.

The Cowboys website said Felix Jones will return to kick-return duties. I guess we'll see. Maybe Ogletree will be opposite of Felix.
