Rams finally stop their skid

For the first time since October 2008, the St. Louis Rams have won a game.

The victory over -- who else? -- the Detroit Lions stops a 17-game losing streak, and leaves the Bucs and the Titans as the only winless teams in the league.

The loss drops the Lions to 1-6. They have won only one game since December 2007.

Steven Jackson led the way with 149 yards on 22 carries, including a game-clinching 25-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

The remaining winless teams are the Titans (0-6) and the Buccaneers (0-7).
