Browns-Bears one-liners

Browns coach Eric Mangini vowed to “look at everything across the board” in the wake of Sunday’s 30-6 loss.

The Browns pulled QB Derek Anderson with 3:02 remaining after he went 6 for 17 for 76 yards and threw two interceptions.

The Browns defense rang up four sacks and forced the Bears to settle for field goals several times.

RB/WR/QB Joshua Cribbs gained 28 yards on six rushes when the Browns deployed the Wildcat.

K Phil Dawson had an extra point try blocked following the only Browns touchdown.

The offensive line struggled again for the Bears which made for an uglier win than the team would have liked.

Bears QB Jay Cutler got into a heated discussion with Browns defensive coordinator Rob Ryan on the sideline, but said there were no hard feelings after the game.

Bears CB Charles Tillman picked up the team’s first defensive touchdown of the season on a 21-yard interception return.

WR Devin Hester had a 69-yard punt return touchdown called back because of a penalty on the Bears special teams.

Bears S Danieal Manning had an interception and forced and recovered a fumble over the course of a strong game.
