As the Atlanta Falcons, reeling at 4-3 after losing to the Saints, prepare for a must-win game against the can't-win Redskins, a whopping 12 members of the home team missed practice on Wednesday.
They were: defensive end John Abraham (foot), defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (ankle), tackle
Sam Baker (ankle), receiver Brian Finneran (ankle), defensive tackle Thomas Johnson (calf), linebacker
Curtis Lofton (knee/ankle), running back
Jerious Norwood (hip), long snapper
Mike Schneck (ribs), running back
Jason Snelling (hamstring), receiver
Eric Weems (ankle), receiver
Roddy White (knee), tight end
Keith Zinger (back).
The fact that the Falcons played less than 48 hours ago might have influenced the decision to keep so many of them out.
For the Redskins, linebacker H.B. Blades (knee), tight end Chris Cooley (ankle), and cornerback Byron Westbrook (knee) have been ruled out. Tackle Stephon Heyer (ankle) fully participated in practice.

i don't think the Falcons actually practiced today.
Not to get all bitchy, but a group of falcons is called a cast. A flock is just when they are flying or f--king s--t up. And the Atlanta Falcons don't do that. They just throw INT after INT and find ways to lose. Jesus Christ, is it too much to ask for a QB to not throw it to the other team multiple times every game?
Actually over 50 players missed practice today. Since they played Monday night, they don't practice until Thursday.
But they are still required to give an injury report. So it's basically a guess.

I honestly don't think Florio even watched the game on Monday.
Florio was too busy with ManKok to tune into the game Monday night. And cousin Josh is still a chumpzilla. Out.

They didn't practice as the game was 48 hours prior to practice time. No pads, walk through and video. No worries on the injuries.
If Ryan had time to throw, he'd be alright. 9 of 10 times Vilma doesn't "tip" that ball, just a great play. In reality, only one of those int. was Ryan's fault.
Seriously Florio, find another show to be on other than the Stews.......they are dreadful.
