Yeah, this is a sponsored post. (Something has to pay for Florio’s hairpieces.) Skip ahead if you want; stick around if you like fantasy football.
Rotoworld is a news site built around news for fantasy football, but we always wanted to create a game that could make the game more immediate and based on skill. Enter Snapdraft. It’s a weekly game in which owners compete for prize money that is distributed to your account after Monday Night Football is over.
You draft a team or teams just for one week using a salary cap and your knowledge of current players, trends, and matchups. Your “season” is over after the week, with a champion crowned right away. Then you do it all over again next week or move on with your life.
The game doesn’t replace your regular fantasy football team, but it’s a nice supplement — especially if you don’t like the team you drafted back in August. With injuries much less of a factor and matchups paramount, it rewards owners with the most skill.
Okay, back to the “real” football news momentarily.
*cough sellout cough*
especially if you don’t like the team you drafted back in August.
I loved my team back in August. Then the season started.
And by the way, nothign wrong with making some money off the site. It is not being a “sellout” it is being a good American capitalist. I hope you are making enough money that Obama’s pay czar would get pissed off.
