The Miami Dolphins' defense will likely be missing two starters from the front seven on Sunday at New England.
Nose tackle Jason Ferguson and inside linebacker Channing Crowder are both listed as doubtful on this week's injury report. Ferguson is an especially big concern: Omar Kelly of the Sun-Sentinel writes that Ferguson's elbow injury appears to be more serious than the team has let on.
Ferguson has started all seven games this season and looked surprisingly nimble for a man who's about to turn 35 and is well north of 300 pounds. Assuming Ferguson can't go, Paul Soliai will likely start in his place, and Randy Starks will get more snaps in the defensive line rotation against the Patriots.
Crowder started the first six games of the season but missed last week against the Jets. If he can't go, Reggie Torbor will again start in his place.

Man, I was hoping to see Matt Light turn Channing Crowder's head into a bongo again.
Yeah it would be just great if Kraft didn't have to give the head zebra a fat envelope for at least one week. DOUBTFUL LOL!
This game is looking more and more like it is going to turn into NE's third blowout in as many games.

I love how clueless Cheatriot fans bring up this incident like it's a badge of honor for your classless team, and then bring up how classy the Cheatriots are in the same breath.
The only person who showed class in that incident was Crowder, who wasn't going to be sucked into the girly way Light decided to go with that. Yet all these brainless lemming NE fans talk about it like it was some kind of ghetto beat down. Your team is classless, your HC is classless, and most of all, all you Cheatriot fans are classless.
I wish the entire area of NE would simply slide off into the ocean.

I bring it up because it was funny as hell. I'm not making any judgments on the situation other than it was funny as hell to see a mouthy little bitch like Crowder get smacked regardless of the circumstances.
But yeah. He's definitely classy.
What a joke Dolphin fans are. Fishfan, as they said on NFL Network tonite, your team is going to the woodshed tomorrow.
I hate the Jests, But you are LUCKY you won the game because Mark Sanchise kicked your ass!!
Over/under Brady 4 TD passes
As someone who grew up in Miami Beach, Miami SUCKS as a city and a team ! Do they even still speak English there??
