If 7 points out of 31 were a result of turnovers, doesn’t that mean 24 points were scored on your defense?

Hall didn’t expect these Falcons coaches to stand up to him like they did. He thought he could go onto the falcons sideline without any trouble? I’ll be that’s the last time you see him do that. he’s mad because he thought he could bully them and he’s the one that got bullied.

I know people like to make generalized comments in a forum like this, because they are far too simple to actually watch the film, however actually look at it.
Although Smith was wrong for being a part of the scrum in the first place, look more closely at Hall’s arms. Smith’s arm is folded and Hall reaches underneath Smith’s arm, and pushes it up, which when viewed quickly looks like Smith is swinging. His arm is clearly bent and folded somewhat into his chest when he’s yelling at Hall, Hall pushes up and pushes Smith, and his elbow comes up, again, making it look like he’s swinging.
The first guy certaintly grabs his jersey for no real reason other than to clearly get in his face, which is obviously an issue, but to be honest, he was not in anyway going to get Landry, and that’s a bold faced lie. Watch the tape. Hall is over, talking smack to Tony Gilbert, Landry actually tries to pull him away subtley as he’s going, as Ryan kind of says something to him and they both leave. Although he didn’t necessarily start it, Hall had no reason to be over that far into the sidelines, and at that point should have walked away. It looks more like that coach was pulling him away before a fight actually started, however when he did that he clearly was not doing it simply to do so, but grabbed him and pulled him and kept hold.
Both sides were wrong in how this was handled, but Hall had no reason to get into anyone’s face on the sideilnes, provoked or not. By lingering their longer than necessary, he put himself into a bad situation he had no reason to be a part of in the first place.

Smith is a little bitch, he did a similar stunt to Jermaine Phillips of the Bucs two years ago, but this time it was on the actual field. Phillips laid a Falcon receiver out and Smith came on the field and bumped him and started talking a bunch of shit. Phillips had the most confused look on his face, almost thinking,”Why can coaches hit us but we can’t hit them?”

Deangablowhard Hall started it on the opposing team’s sideline and is complaining because a coach was trying to remove him from Atlanta’s sideline? He is a stupid, punk who should be suspended for trying to incite a fight. What an unbelievable moron. Granted, Smitty and Fish probably should have let the players deal with it…as anyone who’s played football knows, if your team decides to hit the other team’s QB late on his sideline, you better be ready to man up…..apparently MeAngelo just wanted to yap rather than hit, as usual…..
However, the most striking thing about the entire incident is MeAngelo’s focus on what happened to HIM on the sidelines, as opposed to any concern whatsoever that his team lost by 14…..as usual, it’s all about him. Thanks again that one of Dimitroff’s first actions was to ship him out of town last year…..we got the draft picks, Oakland and Washington got the yapping and locker room cancer that is MeAngelo

Oh my god! I can’t believe Hall has something to say!
Whatever. He’s garbage. He was also to blame for two big Turner runs due to either lazy tackling, bad tackling, or just both. And what is it with every team Hall is on turns to hot garbage? I mean, it’s probably a coincidence. Probably.
Conclusion: Smitty is THE man, and Hall is a yet again a big cry baby who, other than his missed tackles and this fight, I didn’t notice him on the field once.

Hall came to the aid of his teamate Landry, who had just laid the cheapest of shots on Ryan, right in front of the Falcons bench ….. did he expect people to hug him??? They were PISSED!!!!

You’re right wdhart3, the way the Skins stuffed Turner it’s a good thing MeAngelo Hall was so integral to shutting down the Atlanta passing attack. What’s that? Turner had over 150 yds and Hall waved him waved him by then jogged down the filed trailing two long TD runs?
