Ray Lewis calls out Brady Quinn for "cheap shot"

Though Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, who complained loudly last month regarding the protection of quarterbacks, apparently had nothing to say after Monday night’s game regarding the 15-yard penalty imposed on the Browns via a low hit to Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco, Lewis had plenty to say with respect to Cleveland quarterback Brady Quinn’s decision to dive at the knees of Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs during the return of an interception.

That’s an illegal blow,” Lewis said, per the Associated Press (via Sean Leahy of USA Today).  “I don’t care how you want to look at it. . . .

“When
you’re running down and you’re looking at the quarterback going at
somebody’s knees who doesn’t even have the ball.  I want
to see if [Quinn] gets the same fine I got or even higher.  Now [Suggs] is
out four or five weeks because of some baloney like that.”

The Ravens haven’t commented officially on Suggs’ status.  He left the game with a knee sprain and did not return.  Suggs is due to undergo an MRI on Tuesday.

Quinn denied wrongdoing in comments distributed by the team.  “I was trying to go for the ball carrier,” Quinn said.  “I was trying to make the tackle on [Chris] Carr.  I would never wish that upon anyone.  I was upset about it on the field.  He was someone I worked out in Arizona with.  I will be praying for him.

“Again, we are sorry about that.  That was never the intent.  Again, I am sorry to Terrell and the rest of their team. . . .  I apologized to the team as much as I could.  I talked to Terrell as well, but he was in pain in that point in time and I don’t know if he even heard.”

We’re still not sure why diving at the knees of someone other than the guy with the ball will result in a tackle of the guy with the ball, barring some sort of domino theory.  (Hey, maybe that’s how the guys in Miami can bootstrap their locker-room pastime to football.)  And we’d have a lot more respect for guys like Quinn if they simply said, “It was chaotic.  I don’t play defense, I didn’t know what to do, and that sense of frustration I felt after throwing an interception caused me do something that I thought at the time was a good idea.  In hindsight, it wasn’t.”

On behalf of Brady Quinn, I am calling out Lewis for stabbing mofo’s……….
How about you and Peezy go hang out, hit the dance clubs, dance like women, and then beat up/stab fools on your way out……

  2. mooremi9 says: Nov 17, 2009 8:24 AM

I know CB’s are told to have a short memory but LB’s? Ray didnt you try to take Chad Ochocincos head off a couple of weeks ago when he clearly didn’t catch the ball.
Also, has anyone ever seen Ray Lewis with a girl? Not saying anything just making a observation. It may explain his over aggression towards other men.

  3. JohnC says: Nov 17, 2009 8:25 AM

This wouldn’t happen if defenses would stop intercepting passes.
Wasn’t there a similiar complaint against Farve in preseason? Most of the time QB’s get out of the way on runbacks or try to just push someone out of bounds. If I remember correctly this play came right back at Quinn and probably put him in a conpletely unfamiliar situation. I doubt teams practice this sort of thing. Of course I doubt the Browns practice much of anything.

  4. Get off the Schneid says: Nov 17, 2009 8:28 AM

how about the Ravens’ players offering bounties on Quinn after the hit?
it was a bad play by Quinn but calling for his head and offering to pay for it is typical Baltimore.

  5. just_a_cigar says: Nov 17, 2009 8:37 AM

Brady Quinn is still a part of an NFL team?
    Well I’ll be damned.

  6. BeauDrake says: Nov 17, 2009 8:38 AM

Well at least Brady has never murdered someone Ray-Ray.

  7. pedey01 says: Nov 17, 2009 8:43 AM

Ray Lewis, the guy who has a history of shooting folks, is crying about a teammate getting injured accidentally in the normal course of play…. Does anyone else find this ironic?

  8. AugustusMcCrae says: Nov 17, 2009 8:43 AM

One word for these Ravens: Uninspired.
Somehow, I don’t think Brady Quinn intentionally tried to take Suggs out. I mean, he looks like the fourth Jonas brother, for crying out loud. It’s embarrassing to even complain about it.
My biggest concern is that the Ravens suck right now, and they are going to get their asses handed to them next week and likely the week after that.
It’s going to be a struggle to make 8 and 8.

  9. OscarMooseFarmer says: Nov 17, 2009 8:47 AM

Well Mike defenders (read DB’s) often dive att the knees or ankles of larger blockers coming at them. This is accepted as an attempt by the smaller player to get through the blocker and to the ballcarrier behind him and is perfectly legal.
Quinns problem is that it is not legal on any play where there is a change of possesion, most notably you never make a low block on kick offs, but the rule also applies to an interception or fumble return.
I remeber a game between the Steelers and Colts a couple of years ago where both John Madden and Al Michaels were upset about a similar call and flat said proclaimed that the official (I think it was Bill Levy) was wrong. Turns out NFL referees have better knowledge of the rule book than ol’ John himself….who’d a thunk it?

  13. crex43 says: Nov 17, 2009 8:57 AM

Ray Lewis is crying more this year than Hines Ward 2005 Edition. Quinn may have a bounty out on his head, but at least the Baltimore Homicide Division isn’t looking for him.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

  16. Richm2256 says: Nov 17, 2009 9:12 AM

I would LIKE to feel bad and all for Suggs, but Tom Brady’s knees won’t let me. POS Suggs went right for them and the only reason TB isn’t repeating 2008 is that he saw Suggs diving at the last second and picked up his leg.
Though it was a cheap shot, I wouldn’t feel bad if Quinn blew out Suggs’ ACL, MCL, meniscus, patella, and every other piece of that friggin’ knee, he’d be striking a blow for every NFL quar;berback in the game. Hell, they’d probably all get together and cover his fine for him!

  17. C.Bass says: Nov 17, 2009 9:13 AM

Quinn’s comments remind me of Roger Clemens comments after he threw the broken bat at Piazza (sp?). Clemens said he thought it (the bat)was the ball. Well why didn’t you throw it to first base??
Quinn thought hitting a guy who didn’t have the ball below the knees would help get the guy with the ball??
Please, it doesn’t matter how much you hate Lewis, Quinn should be fined…for the hit and for being a terrible QB.

  18. Cubano says: Nov 17, 2009 9:16 AM

Easy there Ray Ray….although, now that I think about it. I did hear that Brady ran off the field, skipped the locker room and jumped into a waiting limo outside the stadium. hmmmm, maybe you got a point there five – two?

  19. midnite says: Nov 17, 2009 9:17 AM

  20. steelersmichele says: Nov 17, 2009 9:19 AM

Ahhhh, Ray. The pot calling the kettle black. Even with a pitiful win, your team is still complaining. Shut up and just play football.
Hey, I didn’t see the Ravens decline that 15-yard penalty when Flacco got hit. Guess it’s okay when the call goes your way, huh?

  21. Adam David says: Nov 17, 2009 9:20 AM

@mooremi9 Some players don’t put their personal lives out there. of the 1696 active roster players in the NFL how many have you PERSONALLY seen with women. Seriously, thats a retarded comment.
As for the state of the ravens, we should have won that game lastnight by 30 instead 16. It will be a tough season but to say it would be a struggle to make 8-8 thats retarded Id be surprised if we got more than 10 wins but 10 is not out of the question.

Ray Lewis was Arrested for murder,
Despite his accomplishments on the field, Lewis’ public image was tarnished following a Super Bowl XXXIV party in Atlanta on January 31, 2000. Following the party, a fight broke out between him and rapper Chino Nino’s entourage, in which Jacinth Baker, 21, and Richard Lollar, 24, died from stab wounds. Lewis and two companions, Reginald Oakley and Joseph Sweeting, were brought to an Atlanta police station for questioning. Eleven days later, along with Oakley and Sweeting, Lewis was indicted for murder and aggravated assault.
During the trial, several witnesses whose testimony would supposedly prove Lewis’ guilt had altered their stories initially given to investigators.[citation needed] Their testimonies were supposed to show that Ray Lewis hit, kicked or stabbed someone, and that he even admitted as much afterwards. Instead, the vast majority of testimony had either been inconclusive, or else supported the defense’s contention that Lewis acted solely as a peacemaker, trying to prevent a tragedy that he would be tied to and potentially hurt his career. According to ESPN legal analyst, Alan J. Baverman, “as to Ray Lewis, there is no evidence that he assisted anybody in a stabbing or encouraged anybody to do a stabbing which would make him a party to felony murder, malice murder, or felony assault with a knife.”[18]
Lewis’s attorney arranged with prosecutors to dismiss the murder charges if Lewis pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of justice[19] in exchange for him testifying against Oakley and Sweeting. Lewis accepted the plea bargain and was sentenced to one year of probation. He was not suspended by the NFL but was fined US$250,000, a league record at the time.
Oakley and Sweeting were acquitted of the charges in June 2000. No other suspects have ever been arrested for the crime.
The following year, Lewis was named Super Bowl XXXV MVP. However, due to the controversy, he did not get the endorsements or the Disney World trip offered to recent MVP recipients. The signature phrase “I’m going to Disney World!” was given instead by quarterback Trent Dilfer.
On April 29, 2004, Lewis reached a settlement with four-year-old India Lollar, born months after the death of her father Richard, preempting a scheduled civil proceeding. [20] Lewis also reached an undisclosed settlement with Baker’s family.

  26. jamaltimore says: Nov 17, 2009 9:34 AM

I thought the announcers were horrible. Obviously it was illegal hit because he was penalized. Obviously Quinn SUCKS so bad that he was takin his frustration out on Suggs Knees. That’s a worse hit than ANY roughin call’s the Ravens had on a QB or anyone else this year. That includes Ray’s hit on Ocho Stinko!
None of our shots are cheap, just aggressive hits from a hard hitting football team.
Lastly, in realize most Ohioans are only at 5th grade reading level, but Ray Lewis is innocent of any murder and so were his partners. As for Brady Quinn, Browns offense and Coaching staff. They are all guilty of Grand Larceny from stealing paychecks!
QUINN SHOULD BE CUT Today or even suspended from a game. Not to mention the lack of replays on the CHEAPEST SHOT ALL YEAR BY THE WORST First round PICK in NFL history!

Come on Mike. Jesus Christ…do you really think a dumb ass like Quinn is going to say something like this? Sometimes you put back on your lawyering hat and forget you are dealing with some of the dumbest mofo’s on the planet when you are talking about NFL players. These are guys who score single-digits on the wunderlich test…guys so dumb, they complain about cheap hits when they just planted a cheap hit themselves a couple weeks earlier…and they have 12 illegitimate kids…and they were involved in a murder.
Don’t kill(pun intended) Brady Quinn for something that Ray Lewis whines about. Ray should be in a place where bending over for the soap is a daily struggle, not making millions on a football field.

    _______________________________
Or they get knocked on their ass on those same cheap shots Ray Lewis is complaining about before they ever get a shot at a tackle. Ask anyone who played linebacker or defensive end, what does an interception mean to them if they didn’t intercept the ball, free shot on the quarterback. You can send him to the hospital, and there will not be a flag. And it has happened, ask Mcnabb or Troy Aikmen who both had major injuries after an interception.
Ray Lewis is the biggest hypocrit in the NFL. He needs to shut up and stop winning about everything that doesnt go the Ravens way this year. From injuries to no calls to refs to schedule to the friggin weather. Shut up already!!!

The above comment has been copy and pasted into every article about him.
With regards to Ray being a dirty player, where? You may not like his off the field actions, nor do I agree with what happened. But what has Ray done that makes him a dirty player? The hit on Ocho Cinco? Chad admits it was a legal great hit, where he never lead with the helmet.
Yes the Ravens should shut their mouths after the game and move on. This team has a lot of improvement to make should they consider themselves legitmate contenders. My advice to the Ravens is this, worry about your own house and problems that clearly exist (Weak secondary, slow off line, aging receivers and Steve Hooksleft)

“I was trying to go for the ball carrier,” innuendo? Brady meant his sack, thus, no lie.

@ all the Ray Lewis haters
Ray Ray is far from the model citizen, but the people who keep bringing up his murder case should find something new to say. He was ultimately convicted of withholding evidence. The DA DROPPED the murder charge against him.
In addition, Ray has stayed out of the spotlight ever since the incident. To say he has a history of being a thug is quite wrong. If anyone can provide evidence of a continued pattern of thuggery from Ray Ray, I will let them date my sister.

  36. shawnc16 says: Nov 17, 2009 9:59 AM

In spite of what alot of people are saying Ray Lewis’s name never comes up when NFL players are talking about the dirtiest players in the game and I think the players playing the game would know a little more about who’s dirty than a bunch of guys typing their stupid comments (like mine) on a football website.

“But what has Ray done that makes him a dirty player?”
Besides whine and complain after every game the Ravens lose? How about the fact that Suggs said he and his teammates (that would be Ray on defense) had bounties on Ward and Mendenhall (yeah, yeah, after they got caught, they said it wasn’t true). How about the fact that he said he didn’t care and wasn’t sorry that he knocked out Mendenhall for the season (Even though Ward didn’t apologize for his hit, he did say he was sorry Rivers was out for the season). How about the fact that he’s a hypocrite–if he or a teammate gets a flag for roughing the passer/holding/etc., he says the refs are biased, but he LOVES when penalties go his way. Ray likes to hear himself talk. Okay, maybe that doesn’t make him a dirty player, but it does make him a whiny little…..
As for continuing to bring up the murder trial, sorry, but things people do in their past sometimes haunt them for the rest of their lives. He may not have killed anyone, but he was hanging out/was in the area/did get in trouble for being near a murder. Funny how Ravens fans are so mad this continues to be brought up, but in many different chat rooms I hear Ravens fans refer to my QB as “Ben the Rapist” and he hasn’t even gone to trial. So don’t get mad when you’re doing the same thing.
But more than dirty, I think Ray is full of himself. This off season he shopped himself around the league thinking he’d get more money. When no one wanted him, he came back to the Ravens saying he never planned on leaving and wanted to retire with the Ravens. HA! He only came back because no one else wanted him!
Your sister any good in bed?

I don’t take a lot of time reviewing responses for typos because unlike most browns fans I have a job. Regardless, Brady Quinn makes Kyle Boller look like first ballot HOF’er and the shot from last nights game should cost him about 100K more then he’ll ever make from his contract incentives!

  60. The Rural Juror says: Nov 17, 2009 11:33 AM

Ray Lewis was fined $250,000 by the NFL for being found guilty of obstruction of justice.
Bud Adams was fined $250,000 by the NFL for flipping the bird.
So whats the big deal again?

Wow, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen this large of a group of misinformed morons on one post. Ray Lewis is the farthest thing from a dirty player, he plays to the whistle and can’t remember one time in his 14 year career that he’s taken an intentional cheap shot, or dove at a qb’s knees. Not only that, he gives back to the Baltimore community as much as anyone, is a great teammate, and despite the accusations for the murder that he CLEARLY did not commit (for those who actually followed the case), is an ambassador for the game.
As far as Suggs, he may have a mouth on him, but he is the same type of passionate player who just plays hard. People who are complaining about the Brady hit either didn’t see the hit or they’re just dumb, the Pats guard shoved Suggs into Brady’s knee when he was getting pressure.
And for the people who still think the Ravens are “thugs”, where are these thugs? I can’t even think of a Raven arrest in the past 5 or 6 years, which is probably more than any other NFL team could say.

  65. mattitude says: Nov 17, 2009 12:06 PM

What’s the difference between Ray Lewis and O.J. Simpson?
One plays defense and the other played offense. Both were great players on the field, and they were both great at committing murder and getting away with it off the field.
Seriously, for all you Ravens fans who are sick of Ray being labeled a murderer because he wasn’t found guilty, you have to stand up for O.J. every time someone associates him with murder. Ray is just as guilty/innocent of murder as you think O.J. is.

  66. CKL says: Nov 17, 2009 12:46 PM

Ray Ray is a 12 year old girl. What an effing drama queen.
He’s just mad that he didn’t get within 8 yards of Quinn so he could be “credited” with one of his billion “tackles” he was just barely in the vicinity of.

  67. sflajimmy says: Nov 17, 2009 1:09 PM

“Lastly, in realize most Ohioans are only at 5th grade reading level, but Ray Lewis is innocent of any murder and so were his partners. As for Brady Quinn, Browns offense and Coaching staff. They are all guilty of Grand Larceny from stealing paychecks!
QUINN SHOULD BE CUT Today or even suspended from a game. Not to mention the lack of replays on the CHEAPEST SHOT ALL YEAR BY THE WORST First round PICK in NFL history!”
So you must be at least a first grader. Nice grammar moron. I do agree that most of the Browns should be arrested for larceny….stealing a paycheck for non-performance. I’m a Browns fan and I’m ashamed of the team I see on the field.

  68. CurseofBoJackson says: Nov 17, 2009 1:11 PM

  69. Leto_II says: Nov 17, 2009 1:11 PM

It’s hilarious that Brady Quinn held out when he was a rookie because he was so good and he deserved it. He needs to get together his other holdout buddy, JeMarcus Russell, and be thankful that they did holdout because both guys won’t be in the NFL much longer.

  71. CanadianVikingFan says: Nov 17, 2009 3:08 PM

Ray Lewis you are an idiot. So what if it’s illegal, *any* hit below the waste or the helmet itself is illegal on a QB. Which you seem to fight because you think its unfair. But its not ok for a QB to take out your legs? Grow up you douche, stop being a hypocrite.

  72. hYguY says: Nov 17, 2009 3:28 PM

to all the steelers fans in this thread: i wonder how many of you are actually from the vicinity of Shittsburgh or even from the state of Pennsyltucky? You are probably the same toolboxes that drive around with Yankee or Redsox stickers on your cars….its soooo easy to leap on the bandwagon…
although I would like to see Tom Brady thrown in a wood chipper, I would like to thank him for his PUSSY knee block rule as it helped our pathetic offense on one occassion. and yes I would have lept for joy if Tsizzle would have blasted Brady’s knee…even if he was pushed into Brady by another patriot…
Boller is definitely a bust, but he had no where near the hype that Quinn had coming into the league. I kinda feel sorry for them both, wrong players, wrong systems, wrong teams…I think the Ravens ruined Boller’s career and likely the Brown’s will ruin Quinn’s as well…

    hYguY,
I would hardly say Pittsburgh fans jump on the bandwagon. I am from Pittsburgh and live in Baltimore, and for the past few weeks I have seen more Ravens fans be wishy washy.
After a 3-0 start for the Ravens, I could already see many people jumping on the bandwagon. People were talking trash and all the gear came out. It was all about winning the division and the SB. When the team went 3-3, a lot of Ravens fans disappeared from the bars, my co-workers were already saying the season was over, and people stopped wearing their jerseys around Baltimore. After beating Denver, people loved the Ravens again. Then, you lost against Cincy and even the local sports reporters were saying the season was over and onto next year. A win against the hapless Browns gets the talk going again with a wild card. Geez. After you get crushed by the Colts, I’m sure a lot of Ravens fans will fly the coop…again.
Also, as I drive to work in the morning, I see some sad fans with those stupid Super Bowl flags in their car windows. To quote something I heard way too often from Ravens fans as we were chasing our 5th ring: “Quit living in the past.” ha!
P.S. We support the Pirates. We know our baseball team is poor.
P.P.S. I may not like Brady, but I would never wish a player to get hurt. That’s classless on your part. No wonder you’re a Ravens fan…at least until Sunday.
P.P.P.S. Don’t tell me to go back home. I am home…along with 4,000 other Steelers fans in the Baltimore area.

    @tlg
“But what has Ray done that makes him a dirty player?”
So my point continues, you didn’t say one thing that makes him a “Dirty Player”. He broke Mendenhall’s shoulder on a run up the middle, not a dirty hit. These things happen in football, as far as the talk of Suggs and his team mates, nothing said ( bounty) was carried out as dirty play on the field. Stupid thing to say, absolutley, but Suggs and his team mate (Bart Scott) have never been accussed of being the smartest guys in the room.
I have no problem with another team not like Ravens players, I dislike Hines Ward for the same reason. But don’t just call someone a dirty player with no plays to back it up.
What amazes me in all of this is how crazy fans get about it. After the game these guys all talk to each other and shake hands. Yet for some reason on message boards people get on here and post things they would never say to someone’s face. This is not directed towards you “SteelersMichelle” just fans in general on both sides Ravens/Steelers.

  82. CIMgod says: Nov 17, 2009 11:37 PM

I love that all anyone can say about Ray is that he was accused of murder and has a loud mouth.
Maybe he has a loud mouth because he is a leader and isn’t afraid of the big bad NFL and their fines. Oh and he was acquitted of the murder charge so just let it go already.
Lets look at it this way… Ray Lewis will be in the hall of fame and he has played in what like 9 pro bowls… Nearly every player in the NFL respects him and he is the face of the Ravens, so if anyone has the right to run his mouth about the game of football, I would say it’s him.
I used to play AAA football and YES it was a cheap shot! I think Quin was frustrated and wanted to make the Ravens defense pay for making him look so bad two games in a row this season. I can’t say I wouldn’t have done the same thing if I was watching my dreams go down in flames as well. This doesn’t change the fact that it was a cheap shot with no real point other then to possibly injure Suggs. He should be fined like $15,000 or maybe more. Then again, he is the new Kyle Boller so maybe that’s punishment enough.
Oh and all you Baltimore bashers better watch your backs! Have you seen our murder rate lately? Everyone who lives here has killed someone so Ray Ray fits right in Hon!

  83. DrewInTheLoo says: Nov 18, 2009 2:54 AM

Too bad it was Suggs and not Ray Lewis instead. I’m so sick and tired of his big mouth. Everytime the RaYvens are on tv. They show him more than anyone. He should be in the big house right now instead of making millions.

steelersmichele: thanks for taking pride in your team…who gives a rat’s ass if someone else hates on us, right?
tlg: I do not have anything ill-willed towards you…or your comments towards those of us who are Steelers fans. I definitely AGREED with a few things you said…
-tlg said-”What amazes me…is how crazy fans get…After the game these guys all talk to each other and shake hands. Yet for some reason on message boards people get on here and post things they would never say to someone’s face….”
-tlg said-”I think if the players had as much passion as their fans, we would have better games to watch on TV. ”
tlg and steelersmichele…sure, you don’t see eye-to-eye…but you obviously share one thing in common (with myself as well): you DO have passion for your team.
hYguY–> Feeding into all of the BS on this thread just further proves the point that you care more about finding pathetic reasons to hate on other fans/players than actually showing f-in support for your team!! Quit it with the damn inquisition…where are you from a-hole? What teams do you support? You are probably the damn “fair-weather-fan” around here…quit hating on those of us who STICK WITH OUR teams through thick and thin!!
In case you all do not SEE clearly who I support…yes, the Steelers; and hYguY; NO, I do not have Yanks bumperstickers or Cavaliers jerseys. My entire father’s family is from P-burgh…generations upon one another. My entire mom’s fam is from Detroit. I was raised in Pitts, Detroit for the vast majority of my life…then: NYC, Philly, Montreal, Sacramento, and LA…and root for the Steelers, Penguins, Pirates (no matter how sh*tty), and PISTONS. Why Pistons? Well hYguY…Pitts doesn’t have a f-in b-ball team you dick…so I guess you can just call me a “fair-weather fan” then, right? Call me what you will…but I can tell you this: if real fans stick by their teams even when that team’s city is a dump…then I would not be a freaking Pistons fan now, would I you ass?
hYguY makes a really good point though…it is EASY to hate on “fair-weather-fans”…after all, when YOUR team blows, you have to hate on someone, right? Not exactly…if you take freaking pride in your team and support them EVEN WHEN the players screw up or are just plain jackasses.
PS–>> hYguY…tell me something please, will you? I know that a lot of your “so-called-toolboxes” drive around with Yanks stickers on their cars (who are not from NY and prob never even been)…but what f-in moron drives around with RedSox stickers on their car who is not from Beantown?? Yea, they won a damn pennant…it only took them half a century or so.

    steelersmichelle:
my statement about bandwagon steelers fans is that they are just like yankee fans….they are everywhere, and the vast majority of them are not from Pittsburgh or the state of Pennsylvania….its easy to be the fan of a successful team is the point. Yes, I admit the steelers are a successful team, I have no hate for the fans of the steelers that are actually from Pittsburgh or have some connection to the place…(SKY-DAD included) only the clingons…
If you could read carefully, you can plainly see that I didn’t wish for Tom Brady to get hurt – only that I would leap for joy if he did (along with the fans of 31 other franchises)…oh the irony as I see in another of your brilliant posts calling someone out for not reading…
So you support the Pirates too? 28th out of 30 in league attendance is not what I would call support…
And lastly, I never did tell you to go back home (see reading english comment above) I hope you are living a successful and fulfilling life in the fine city that is Bmore, if I lived in Pittsburgh I would have moved too…
Now on to the pent up SKY-DAD. Its fairly clear I am a Ravens fan, no mystery there. I happen to be from the City that Reads and have been a season ticket holder since the Browns became the Ravens. Far from being fair weather fan. And yes I was a Colts fan before that….you are reading wayyyyy too far into my post regarding bandwagon fans – illustrating further my point of you being wayyyy too pent up. Get out some more, enjoy life a bit…if anyone is hating, its you. Rant filled, explative ridden diatribe you wrote there, bravo. Not sure where the premise that I dont support my team came from – a figment of your anger filled and tormented mind I suppose…and trust me, there are plenty of morons that drive around with Redsox stickers that are not from Boston….do your neighbors and family a favor and chill out.
