is hard enough to play, and he is playing it well right now. And we
just have to keep it going.”

The Broncos are having a hard time controlling the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

Chiefs coach Todd Haley admitted he’s had a hard time adjusting to being in charge of all the decisions during his first year as a head coach.

Raiders coach Tom Cable thinks WR Darrius Heyward-Bey’s issue with dropping passes is a matter of confidence.

Said Chargers QB Philip Rivers, “You start looking up and everyone is going to be talking about the
Chargers — ‘They’re right in the thick of the division’ — now we

The injury to T Jordan Gross means that the Panthers will be leaning heavily on OL Mackenzy Bernardeau.

Said Saints RB Reggie Bush of turnover problems, “It’s fixable. It’s not like it’s not fixable. It’s something that we can correct, and we are going to work on correcting. And it’s something we have no choice but to correct because if we

“Redskins coach Jim Zorn said RB Clinton Portis won’t lose his starting job because of an injury.”
But, he did say that if Portis doesn’t practice, he won’t play. Since Portis has pretty much not practiced the entire season, it makes this effectively the same thing. Portis is losing his job.

Uh, Raheem, another thing the Bucs don’t have, is a head coach that knows what he’s doing.

Rex Ryan needs to relax. First he’s crying at coaching meetings and now he’s seeking mentor advice?
He’s 4-5 in his first season on the team? He needs some steadiness, calm, and stability or it’s going to end up bad. I don’t think the head coach can be like this.
I guess this explains all of his bravado when they were 3-0 thinking they were the greatest team of all time.
Magic Johnson had this problem when he celebrated like they win the NBA Finals, when they had only one their first regular season game, and Kareem had to sit him down and calm him down because you can’t last with such high highs, and low lows. But Magic could get away with it, because he’s a player. head coaches should not be like this.
Rex Ryan will be gone in 2 years, and back to coordinating where he should be.

What’s with all the bruised lungs? This is like three years ago, when no one had ever heard of a “sports hernia”, and then all of a sudden twenty guys had it.

“Jets coach Rex Ryan said that he plans to reach out to his father, Bill Parcells and other current and former coaches for advice.”
Yeah, because Bill Parcells will be falling all over himself to give advice to a division rival on how to “right the ship”.
What advice is his pappy going to give him? “Here’s what you do boy; when things are looking bad in the game just run over and punch one of your coordinators, that ought to set the tone for the rest of the game…”

Not really true….. It’s about your skill set.

That guy has had big eyes since the first exhibition game. He plays scared, and it seems short-sighted of the Raiders to put him out there as a starter just because they drafted him so high. He should be third or fourth receiver, not first.
