Warner out, Leinart in

With Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner suffering from a possible concussion, Matt Leinart has entered the fray in St. Louis.

Arizona leads, 21-3.  But the last time Leinart got into a game, two weeks ago in Chicago, the 20054 Heisman winner threw an interception that the Bears later turned into a touchdown.

Last time around, Warner was quickly re-inserted.  This time around, it remains to be seen whether Warner can go, if needed.

Say goodbye to your playoff run Arizona.
Thank god you play in possibly the worst division in the NFL, otherwise you wouldn’t even be in the playoffs.

If Warner isn’t ready for next week, that means Titans vs. Cardinals will have a rematch of the two QBs from the famous Texas/USC Rose Bowl game: Vince Young vs. Matt Leinart.

Although I’m sure someone else has already pointed this out, Leinart won the Heisman in 2004, not 2005.

” Kurt Warner suffering from a possible concussion?”
They need to be cautious with Warner down the stretch.

What went from being an easy game covering the spread to a loss.
How does Leinart still have a job as a backup while generating negative yardage?
