The Cowboys don’t have weapons. There is a perception that they have weapons but actually they have a collection of average skill players who are broadcast nationally almost every week. Romo is an average quarterback throwing to average receivers and an average TE. If you want to challenge that just look at their production. Guys like Chris Berman will rave about Jason Witten and the dude has 1 TD and there are 10 other TE’s with more yardage. So who really has a problem with Roy Williams or anyone on this team being called out? No one on that team is untouchable. The playoffs consist of 12 teams and all but maybe 1 team will have a winning record and the Cowboys are 2-3 against winning teams…pretty average.

Sure it does considering how clueless my team’s owner seems to be. Yea I can take solace in the fact that your team was LUCKY to beat mine when mine was so significantly short handed, and playing on the road. My team’s supposed to suck, your’s is supposed to kick ass but all evidence points to yours sucking just as much ass as mine, and very likely going down when the game is at Fed Ex. The Skins will have guys like Haynesworth and Portis and some other injuries back by then. Who knows maybe we can spoil your playoff chances once again, that’s enough for me at this point, I sure as hell know your team isn’t going anywhere. The Saints or Vikings will absolutely crush them if the Cowboys even make the playoffs.

Nope, try again, projection never has worked with me Lightweight. You’re the one who talks big smack about your team in the offseason only to watch them underachieve and crash and burn every year. I tend to be a skeptic with Vinny on board and no attention to lines, but I’ve had more post season happiness than you have since Snyder took over. I know facts aren’t always your friend but that’s one you need to face. Your owner is merely the other side of the same coin as mine, they both flat out suck, think way too much of themselves and need to hire football guys, pay the bills and stay the f%$# out of the football side of things.

I must have missed the touchdown they scored. I’m sure you didn’t miss the TD that the Cowboys scored. It was the game-winner.
You must have missed the two field goals (that would be 4 scoring drive to your two if I also give you credit for the missed FG) the Skins missed though as well as the two dropped interceptions. You also must have missed the total passing yards and QB rating put up by Campbell compared to Romo. The Skins pass O has been arguably the worst in the league and continued on Sunday yet your boy Romo wasn’t able to outdo and actually played worse for most of the game and going back into the last game as well. He should have had 4 INT’s!

I dont know how you can say that Haynesworth doesnt do anything when clearly every announcer in the 10 games the Skins have played has said that Haynesworth in the lineup is a HUGE factor. The cowgirls wouldn’t be able to do too much w/the running game, and we would have gotten even more paces on romo. Just cause Betts has played well for 2 1/2 games doesn’t mean he and Portis or even Portis and Cartwright couldn’t do something, but the Oline has been shuffling around. The Oline has had 1 solid game thats it.

That’s ok though, he is still a good wr and can help this team win. I think he’ll be a big target for us in the PLAYOFFS! Go COWBOYS!!!

The only way Jerry Jones could have let go T.O. was to find a replacement. If he hadn’t traded for Williams and just let Owens go, it wouldn’t have been smart. Now without Owens the Cowboys are doing alot better and Williams has had some good games this year. He was really good against the Bucs and made a big impact in the Eagles game. No he isn’t a number 1, but the Cowboys have more weapons than most teams…he doesn’t need to be a number 1.

wow at all the threads mentioning Vox. That dude owns some major space in your heads.
But as for the article. Roy is terrible, plain and simple. And their offensive woes recently seem to stem from the fact it looks like TO part 2. they seem to be trying to force the ball to this at best #3 receiver on ANY team.
Jerry should just admit he made a mistake and punt butterfingers2.And yea, I know he won’t during the season, but I can see it soon.
And as for Landry. Big talk after a loss. That guy makes Dieon Sander look like a capable and willing tackler. Which in essence leads to knowing what a big bag of suck Roy Williams is. If you are scared of Laron Pansy, it is hopeless.

I live in the DFW area, am a huge Longhorns fan, and also favor the Cowboys. I wish I could say that Roy Williams was a good find, and I truly wish the guy well.
BUT, the truth is Roy Williams is a bust, and is finished in the NFL. I didn’t have to read Laron Landry’s comments to know that Roy is scared, all I had to do was watch him play. Roy took too many hits in Detroit. Once you’re afraid of getting hit, you’re done. Put a fork in the guy.
Roy, call it a career and see if you can get a booth job somewhere. Impersonating a football player will just continue your embarrassing decline.

Because that’s all that’s ever happened when Haynesworth has played the Cowboys. Why do you think that he stomped Gurode? Because he got pissed off about eating pancakes all game. Did you check out his stat line for the day? He had three tackles, Cowboys had 217 yards rushing with JULIUS JONES leading the way with 122. In the game before that he had one tackle as Quincy Freaking Carter ran up a 120+ passer rating against the Titans.

Years before we are competitive? Didn’t Dallas take 57 minutes to score against the redskins? The Redskins missed two field goals. The Redskins offensive line is about atrocious as they come. Campbell passed for his 3rd most yards this season against that Dallas defense. 6-7 score but still years from being competitive? A -32 point differential over 10 games equates to losing every week by 3.2 points. Given all the offensive problems especially at offensive line I’d say our team is still pretty damn competitive.
P.S. Do me a favor and learn to properly write/type the English language.

It’s hard to say really, the Eagirls are far from a good test. Their defense doesn’t play smart and can only get pressure by blitzing the house. Their DBs aren’t good enough to cover for that constant blitz. Their offense is one-dimensional. Take away the big play and they have nothing.
