Another big day for Austin

Cowboys wideout Miles Austin has had a couple of huge days this year.  He’s on pace to have the biggest one yet.

With 250 and 171 receiving yards in back-to-back October games, Austin already has 129 yards and a touchdown in the first half of Thursday’s game against the Raiders.

The Cowboys lead at intermission, 17-0.

Austin’s touchdown, a screen pass that he weaved and dodged into a nine-yard touchdown, came after an apparent touchdown was called back via replay review, based on indisputable visual evidence that Austin’s ankle/shin had struck the ground while rolling over an Oakland defender.

Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has completed 11 of 18 passes for 196 yards and a touchdown.

That’s a passer rating of 116.9, hooby. I’m pretty sure that Romo will do better than McNabb’s 66.3 rating against them.

I can see why senile Al didn’t fire Cable after he broke another coach’s jaw. You just can’t find coaching like that just anywhere.

hey I hate the Cowboys, but the guy can play.

I thought Nnamdi Asomugha was a shut down corner? This guy is the most over rated corner ever. He’ll make a good tackle every once in a while hardly ever gets picks. Austin burned him on several throws and he hesitates going in to tackle.
Good for him to stay but i would have liked if they traded him for multiple picks and see him exposed on another team.
Not buying what everyone is selling about him.

didn’t play him today on fantasy :( Well, did play Witten so… guess it’s okay. (or not)

Looking forward to the Eagle fans trying to explain how they lost to this half-ass team and then see the Cowboys roll them on T-day. Not a fan of either but I somehow find Eagle fans more assnine than said Cowboy fan.

For logging in on Thanksgiving and posting anti-Eagles comments, I find you to be a complete and total loveless loser.
Don’t you have something better to do than be mean spirited on a holiday? Or is your life that lonely and miserable?

I mean, this guy’s posting minutes after the post comes up. We KNOW he doesn’t have anyone who loves him and wants to spend the holiday with him. Do you really want to be like myspace.com/warlock978?

If Romo forgets Miles Austin again, after what he did in this game………. He should be benched.

And for anybody that wants to find “whiterhino” (formerly known as ocelot138), all you have to do is check out his yahoo profile. He’s changed his name since I outed him. Yes, I have that much control over him. Pathetic, isn’t it? Typical for an Eagirls fan though. They’re so easy to manipulate.

    Hey whiterhino,
You responded to the post you stupid piece of shit. Vox even clowned you. Eagle fans are the biggest losers on the face of the earth. Even when people are just joking, you dumbasses take it to the new level. Philly sucks and you know it.

In all fairness to the Eagirls, the Cowboys got to play the Raiders in the hostile conditions of Arlington,Tx.
Jerry Jones even turned off the stadium A/C in effort to make it extra uncomfortable.
The Eagirls on the other hand had to face that daunting Oakland team in Oakland. The cards were stacked against them. Everybody knows that you don’t just go into Oakland and push around the Raiders. Ask Antonio Pierce.

Austin is having a great season and I have no doubt the Cowboys will make the playoffs but unfortunately, they will be bounced in the 1st or 2nd round at best and seeing that I’m a Cowboys fan, I hope I’m wrong because times running out on this team.
