Merriman misses two days of practice

With the Chargers hoping to separate from the pack in the AFC West, assuming the Broncos losing to the Giants on Thursday night, San Diego might be facing the Chiefs on Sunday without linebacker Shawne Merriman.

Merriman missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a foot injury.

Also missing practice both days this week was defensive end Luis Castillo, who has a calf injury.

Three players who didn't practice on Wednesday fully participated on Thursday:  receiver Vincent Jackson (ribs), defensive end Travis Johnson (groin), and linebacker Shaun Phillips (ankle).

Center Nick Hardwick, who hasn't played since badly spraining an ankle in Week One, continues to practice on a limited basis -- but not play on Sundays.

and......."Int" refers to bears QB Jay Cutler which means the bears arent "ruling"

Merriman normally has taken off 1-2 practices off virtually all season.

its nothing new in that, move along

Wow I hope 56lightsout56 was drunk when he wrote that comment. If not it's sad to see someone struggle to make complete sentences that actually leave the reader knowing what the hell he was talking about.
