Cowboys tight end Jason Witten has a sprained foot. He’s questionable for Thursday’s game, and he practiced on a limited basis Tuesday and Wednesday.
It’s still not clear whether he’ll play. The team didn’t make him available to the media on Wednesday.
“He’s getting therapy, he’s getting as many treatments as you can get,” coach Wade Phillips said. “We’ll see how he feels.”
“Jason’s a tough guy, I know that,” quarterback Tony Romo said. “If he can go, he’ll go, definitely.”
If he can’t go, Martellus Bennett will get the start.
Dallas even need Witten to beat the Raiders? I don’t think so. He’s not the top target like he used to be.
Little d on the snooze an will loose it’s almost Dec.

54 catches. 10th in the NFL for all positions. The only TE in the NFL with more catches is Dallas Clark’s 65.
The Bengals didnt think they need Cedric Benson for their game against the Raiders. That worked out pretty well for them…
when confronted with news that he was accused of point shaving as a college qb, what did new raider starting qb gradkowski say?
he didnt say: i deny it. or. i never did that.
he said: that isnt good.
i am giving the points on this one. the cb opposite mr. gesundheit will have a bad day. and dallas is one of the few 3-4 teams out there that isnt down a NT.
You’re full of shit, slipkid.
Not only did he deny it, he was cleared too.
