The Giants rushed for 57 yards, their lowest team total since 2006.

Said Giants coach Tom Coughlin, “I really don’t have a lot of good things to say. Lawrence Tynes made a nice, long field goal.”

DE Justin Tuck hinted that the Giants played without heart on Thursday night.

Matt Mosley of ESPN.com writes that the Giants turned in “a meek performance in a big spot.”

The Broncos aren’t sharing what S Brian Dawkins said during a players-only meeting this week, but it clearly inspired the team.

Broncos QB Kyle Orton’s ankle didn’t seem to give him any trouble as he rolled up 159 passing yards before halftime and 245 overall.

Said Broncos CB Andre Goodman, “We’ve kind of shown two different teams. There was something about this week, it just felt different. The aura felt different. The team that showed up and started fast today is something to be proud of.”

Broncos running backs Correll Buckhalter and Knowshon Moreno combined for 139 yards on 39 carries.

Broncos LB Elvis Dumervil dropped Eli Manning twice, moving his sack total to a career-high 14.
