Steven Jackson may not be the only starting running back that misses Sunday's Rams-Seahawks game.
Julius Jones is unsure if he can play with a bruised lung after missing last week's game. He's leaving the decision up to trainers.
"I'm leaving it in their hands," Jones said Friday. "They know what's best with
something like that you have to be careful with. So I'm going to leave
it up to them."
It wasn't that long ago that the Rams and Seahawks were fighting for division supremacy. (Or playing a particularly uninspiring playoff game.) Now they are jockeying for draft position.
Coach Jim Mora says Jones will start if able, despite Justin Forsett's performance in place of Jones. Forsett has gained 238 yards from scrimmage over the last two weeks.

If JJ is not 100% healthy it would be totaly stupid to play him...forsett has been awesome in his place & should probably be their starter anyways...
Julius Jones will be lucky to be the starter next year, the Seahawks need a Bulldozer to compliment Justin Forsett.
Why is Julius Jones starting anyways? He absolutely stinks. Let Forsett, our future, carry the ball from here on out. He's awesome.
