Sean Jensen of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is expected to play on Sunday against the Bears, despite an "illness" that knocked him out of practice on Friday.
Peterson had been listed as questionable, with both the illness and an ankle injury.
Of course, there were reports that Bengals running back Cedric Benson would play on Sunday, and then he landed on the inactive list. So it's not official until it's official.
Even Yogi Berra rolled his eyes in response to that one.
