Rhodes responds to benching with pick

Benched Jets safety Kerry Rhodes has met his slumpbuster: Jake Delhomme.

Rhodes recorded one of three interceptions for the Jets secondary during the first half Sunday.  Rhodes didn't start the game, but has played in clear passing situations.

Delhomme is suffering through another classic "Bad Jake" game.  He's completed five of twelve passes at halftime for only 29 yards and three picks.  Darrelle Revis has two interceptions, the first on a tipped pass.

The Jets lead 14-3 at halftime.

Delhomme has bounced back somewhat after a rough start, but days like today will make it difficult for the team to trust him as their clear starter in 2010.

Delhomme must really suck if he's throwing pix to a guy sitting on the bench...

Why don't they count interceptions as completed passes? I mean, the ball was caught, it's only fair and equitable that it be counted. Florio, you should agree with that fair and equitable stuff. After all, you continue to argue that overtime be fair and equitable to the offenses.
