Jets-Bills non-practice practice report

As the suddenly dangerous (subtle reference to item No. 10 in the Week 12 Morning Aftermath) Buffalo Bills prepare to face a Jets team that’s in danger of landing in the AFC East basement in Toronto on Thursday night, the fictitious Monday practice report has been circulated.

If the Jets had practiced, cornerback Dwight Lowery (ankle), cornerback Donald Strickland (concussion), and guard Robert Turner (knee) would not have practiced.  Defensive end Shaun Ellis (knee), tackle D’Brickashaw Ferguson (hamstring), and quarterback Mark Sanchez (knee) would have participated on a limited basis.  Safety Jim Leonhard (thumb), linebacker Calvin Pace (Shoulder), and safety Eric Smith (back) would have fully participated in practice.  If, again, there had actually been a practice.

For the Bills, tackle Demetrius Bell (knee), defensive tackle John McCargo (calf), tight end Shawn Nelson (not injury related), and cornerback Ashton Youboty (ankle) would not have practiced, if there had been practice. Safety Jairus Byrd (groin), linebacker Chris Draft (neck), and cornerback Terrence McGee (knee) would have practiced on a limited basis.
A “real” practice report will be issued on Tuesday.
