As the Patriots commence a stretch run that has the Jets and the Dolphins still too close in the rear-view mirror for comfort, they’re close to getting back a key player.
Running back Fred Taylor returned to practice today, according to Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald.
Taylor underwent ankle surgery in October to repair torn ligaments. The injury occurred in Week Four, against the Ravens.
The eleven-year veteran, who signed in the offseason after a decade with the Jaguars, has gained 201 yards on 45 carries this year.

The Pats rightfully gave up on Galloway and gave him his walking papers early on in the season. He looked awful.
Taylor’s been out since the Baltimore game week 4. Hopefully, he’ll be a key component in restoring some balance in the NE offense which has been sorely lacking.

Well, I did play the respond to FlorioBorio/CornFlorio/PornFlorio/DarnFlorio game a while back. And while it was fun to verbally destroy that inbred, mouthbreathing mongoloid…it quickly grew tiresome, as I’m sure you can imagine. Would rather just talk football.
