Three weeks ago on Monday night, Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs took a cheap shot to the knees from Browns quarterback Brady Quinn. Suggs hasn’t played since, and he likely won’t play when the Ravens return to Monday Night Football this week.
Suggs is listed doubtful for the game. He has not practiced this week.
Also doubtful is tight end L.J. Smith, who has an ankle injury.
Questionable for the game is safety Ed Reed, who is suffering from an ankle and hip injury. He missed practice Thursday and Friday, and he participated on a limited basis on Saturday.
Cornerback Cary Williams (thigh) and safety K.J. Gerard (thigh) are also questionable.
Ten Ravens are probable, including center Matt Birk (neck), quarterback Joe Flacco (ankle), linebacker Ray Lewis (foot), and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (ankle).
The Ravens face the Packers at Lambeau Field. Baltimore has played only twice at Green Bay, losing both games.
In fact, this specific franchise — the Browns through 1995 and the Ravens since then — has never won at Lambeau Field. The Browns won twice in Milwaukee, the last time coming in 1956.
The “new” Browns are undefeated at Lambeau; they won there in 2005.
The Ravens don’t stand a chance Green Bay’s #1 defense is going to stomp the Flapable Joe Flacco.
GBP, you are such a tough guy.
GBP are overrated, they lost to ever team they played with a winning record except for Dallas. Their lucky the play with Chicago and Detroit. There is four easy wins. Then the played NFC west, wow tough games there. Their offensive line is horrible and will get demolished. Aren’t they avg 6 sacks a game? Good Luck containing Ray Rice.
getting rid of l.j was the ebst move the eagles could of made. that guy was always hurt plus he sucked.
WRONG…The Browns came back in 1999. The Browns lost at Lambeau on 12/23/01 . So they are not undefeated.

can’t really fault the packers too much for losing to two teams who lead their divisions and are pretty close to locking up playoff spots.
if you were a ravens fan or a packers fan you would know how good the bengals are. so i will assume you are a vikings fan and remind you that your favorite team has two wins against opponents with winning records….
Jeez, enough of the “new Browns” vs. “old Browns” crap. Ravens left the colors and records in Cleveland. The owner and every remaining “old Brown” is gone from the team.
the ‘New Browns’ lost to the Packers in Lambeau in 2001
eagles_2031….you are right!! I do not know why we picked him up!!!!
At the game Sunday night he pulled a ham-string running out on the field…he immediately turned around and ran off the field….worthless….
Tony, as far as I know teams can only play against the teams that the NFL schedules them against. It’s not like the packers picked their own schedule. Green bay only lost to one team w/o a winning record, ( and that was pure lazyness). It’s not like the Browns (whom you also play twice) and the cheifs are much tougher. Even the chargers weren’t good when you played them. So we are pretty much having the same kind of season, except GB has a better record.
Tonymontana, your such a tool, what about those Viqueens? Yeah think about that, and their teams they have beatin… LOL
This is going to be a very good game. I don’t think the Packers have the #1 D. But I don’t know who does. I’d say the Pack’s D is one of the better D’s in the league along with Bengals, Broncos, Steelers, Vikes, Ravens, Saints, etc.
If the Pack do not get better special teams play, they won’t win this game. Though the Ravens aren’t exactly stellar in special teams either (kicking), the Pack’s special teams lose the field position battle (kicking and coverage). This will become more crucial to success now that it’s December, and they play in Green Bay and at Pittsburgh.
I like how everyone is assuming I’m a Vikings fan, guess what… I’m not
Why did they ever try to bring football back to Cleveland again?
The Cleveland Rams moved to Los Angeles and the Cleveland Browns moved to Baltimore.
Eventually these new Browns will relocate too.
The “new Browns” claim to fame is charitably being given high draft picks and the “new Browns” squandering them. They serve as a lesson in how not to draft. (Yes, that is more famous than all the bacteria, microbes, and viruses that multiply there)
The old Browns history and records should always be associated with the Ravens.
” I don’t think the Packers have the #1 D. But I don’t know who does.”
The Packers are ranked #1 in yards allowed, which I guess is the standard. They are #12 in points allowed. As you mentioned, their special teams is terrible, which would lead to more points off of less yards. So they are probably a top 10 overall defense.
Keys to this game for Green Bay are keeping Balrtimore in reasonable starting field position and stopping Ray Rice…catching passes out of the backfield. He’s hard to bring down as we saw last week. They can stop the run, and I don’t think they’re afraid of the Raven’s wideouts, but can the linebackers and nickel/dime guys cover?
I’m pretty sure football never returned to Cleveland.
Mangini will make sure that competitive football does not exist in Cleveland

Its just easier to assume that a cocky f****r is a queen fan untill told otherwise.
GBP is a model franchise. With that being said, I see this as a statement game for the Baltimore Ravens to make their mark as an elite franchise. The Ravens match up very well against an injured packers team and I suspect the D shows up big vs Rodgers. Flacco has been hindered by an anl=kle injury and while he says it, feels great!” I suspect it’s a decoy and the Ravens run with Rice, McGahee and McClain. The rush will pound down GB D-line and look for dump-downs and slants from Rice to chop up the secondary. Ravens win a close one and continue the playoff hunt…24-17
- Rice runs for 80+yds & 1 TD
- McClain notches a GL carry
- Flacco throws one bomb TD to Clayton
- Billy C. will kick opening drive FG
