Back comes Baltimore

In their last Monday night game, the Ravens scored no points in the first half, and 16 in the second.

This week, they also scored none in the first half.  And 14 and counting in the third quarter.

After a sluggish drive to start the half, the Ravens have forced two turnovers — a fumble and an interception.  They’ve converted both into touchdowns, and the score is 17-14.

So what looked to be a snoozer for the second half has turned into a good game.

Refs need to keep their flags in their pants. Any time the ball is in the air there is a pass interference.

Even with the two TDs, the Ravens offense was terrible tonight. It’s embarrassing.
Though I got to say, the Packers defense looked pretty damn good.

When the two most penalized teams in the league meet, there’s bound to be a lot of laundry on the field. Still, it did seem pretty excessive, for a non-Triplette outing.
Stick a fork in the Ravens, but McCarthy needs to clean this up fast if he intends to make a playoff run. Maybe firing Ted would help. Probably not, but it’s still worth trying.
