Green Bay’s nearly flawless start to Monday night’s game just took a flawed turn.
Second-year pro Jermichael Finley left the game in the third quarter with a left knee injury. He’s getting x-rays and his return is questionable.
Finley has missed four games this season, and the Packers offense wasn’t the same without him.
When Finley left Monday, he led all Packers receivers with five catches and 55 yards against the Ravens, including a two-yard score.
Finley left with the Packers leading 17-0, but the Ravens have cut the score to 17-7.
UPDATE: Finley has returned to the game. And scored another touchdown.
Mike McCarthy used his final challenge in the 3rd quarter. Somewhere, Andy Reid nods his approval.
Pitiful coaching.
Packers suck, refs couldnt help them anymore than they already have. Ridiculous.
spencer havner is our secret weapon.
This won’t be the first time McCarthyism has failed……
That was true for both teams, ALLDAY…
Let’s cry about the officiating. If that isn’t the most nonobjective thing to point to as a fan of the opposing team/Vikings fan I don’t know what is. Touchy calls went both ways tonight, in excess. Get over it clown.
Finley, the hometown kid from Diboll, TX, is showing big-time talent.
GO LUMBERJACKS! DHS – ’91
I agree totally with cheddar is beddar. There were way too many flags & some totally bogus calls on both teams. I thought the call against Mason was one of them, but the guy has to know he won’t get anywhere jawing at the official.
“Packers suck, refs couldnt help them anymore than they already have. Ridiculous.”
If you want to see refs giving the game to someone, look at the Monday Night game between the Packers and your lousy team. The Packers were penalized something like 11 times while the Vikings were penalized once. Now that is the refs helping out a team. Big time.
So stop your crying and go choke on your braids you brainless buffoon.
