All you idiots that don’t think someone coming after your knees is a violation are exactly what I just said, idiots. How about someone hits you in the knee and you tear your ACL, PCL, MCL, meniscus or something. These types of things end careers every single year. If smith targeted his knee, he should have been given his walking papers. In football, you never ever try to deliberately hurt someone. It makes you look bad and the team and the Lions at this point, look bad enough.

Well I guess we’ll agree to disagree because I know that 3/4 of America agreed with me that week except ones in the New England area. Including an ex-Patriot. And the fact you say the ref was “reaching for his flag” before Brady cried for it tells me I may not be the only one with blinders on.

Try watching that play again, morons. Suggs was NOT “blocked into” Brady’s knee. Try knowing what the hell you’re talking about before you post.
Manipulation my a$$, Suggs was making a direct shot for that knee, the one that cost Brady a lost season the year before. The only reason he didn’t wipe out Brady’s knee is because Brady saw him coming at the last second and lifted his leg.

Ummm, Suggs didn’t even come close to taking out Tom Brady’s knees. If I remember correctly, Brady’s knees were already on the ground that play…while he was blowing the referee to get a flag. That was some of the most blatant manipulation of an official I have ever seen in a football game. He complained that a guy got blocked into an area that was near his feet and got a flag thrown for ‘roughing the passer’. Ridiculous.
