When the Eagles and Giants both win out the playoffs will look like this:
#1 Saints 15-1
#2 Eagles 12-4
#3 Vikings 12-4
#4 Cardinals 10-6
#5 Packers 11-5
#6 Giants 10-6
Out of playoffs – Cowboys 10-6
The tiebreaker will mean something then!

The Vikings got skull drug by the dregs of the NFL with third string players. News Flash: The Vikings really have 3 losses.
To the Coyboys, as hard as it was to watch, thanks for beating the Saints and giving them a wakeup call that the Lombardi trophy is the real prize and not an undefeated season. I hope that all of our defensive players come back in January so we will have a defense again, I forgot what that is like. It is hard to stop anybody when you are hiring people off of the street to play. It had to catch up to them sooner or later.

What do you know, the Saints came crumbling down. Did anyone expect them to go undefeated? I sure as hell didn’t.
They needed OT and a lot of help from the officials to beat the lowly Washington Redskins. And they won by 3 against a Atlanta Falcon team that was playing without their starting QB and RB.
The Saints should realistically have at least 3 losses right now, so them getting beat by Dallas was in no way a shock to me. They are still a good team, but very much beatable by any team that plays them in the playoffs including Green Bay if they do get the WC spot.

Last night was great. Still in shock.
But, last year, the Cowboys controlled their own destiny into the playoffs. All they had to do was win their last game and they were in. All they had to do was win. They lost.
I will not believe the Cowboys in the playoffs come January, until they are actually playing the game.

Wow. You have to give them credit. Cowboys played with a sense of urgency, in a game that they needed to win.
Pass rush made all the difference. They got tremendous pressure on Brees with a four man rush.

Seriously…”the Saints aren’t that good”. Either you’re retarted or this was the only pro football game you’ve watched all season. Frankly, it doesn’t matter whether or not you’re undefeated going into the post season. What matters is that you don’t lose in January. The Saints will have a healthy defense come January, and all of you haters will be wishing we’d saved our one loss for then. The Saints are one hell of a team, and for them to go this far undefeated with a skeleton crew defense really says alot about the grit of this team. Our one loss is still better than the rest of you!
