Tyrone Carter- Crap
William Gay- Crap
Ryan Clark- Crap w/o Troy to cover his ass
Ike Taylor- Crap, but not tested much because Gay is bigger crap, though his one test, of patience, was failed last night.
This secondary would scare a pop warner team, maybe, the way it is now. McFadden has not been replaced, and you cannot replace Troy. Without Smith taking on extra blockers Harrison cannot do what he did last year. The thing about LeBeau's defense is that it is highly reliant on having the proper players to utilize the scheme, and we frankly do not have those guys right now.
I am not trying to use injuries as an excuse, all teams deal with it. But you cannot look me in the eye and convince me that our starters and backups in the secondary are close to NFL caliber at this point.
And, Packer fan, I feel good for you today after all the Vikes fans ripped into you following the loss to the Steelers. Someone said it above....karma is a bitch

Chilly tried pulling Farve because he is audibling way too much for a team with AP.
The loss last nite is squarely on Farve. With the lead in the 2nd half he repeatedly called off run plays, and instead tried to throw while the OL couldn't block. Good luck with the cancer Minnesota.

Like fish in a barrel with this idiot.
"And please spare the rest with your selective history rhetoric."
Key word: SELECTIVE. Your dumbass goes back to IRRELEVANT history of more than DECADES AGO.
The last decade IS relevant to the topic in large part because the head coach and QB for Philadelphia have been the same and your circus of franchise in the same amount of time has changed them multiple times over. Any connection between that and the fact your franchise haven't won a playoff game in 14 years? Any at all?
Nah.
Any relevance of how imbecile Cowboy fans (present company included) double as magicians as they disappear and reappear when they can run their mouths before the inevitable collapse and replacing of the QB and head coach for the 8th and 5th time, respectively, in those 14 seasons past?
Not at all.
Just more and more babble from yet another Cowboys drone that writes checks his ass can't cash.
Don't kid yourself, Vox. Then again you buy all the bullshit that comes out of Valley Ranch so keep it up.
When naming rights to stadiums were being sold less than a decade ago,no one wanted to get the naming rights to that shithole in Irving because it was just that: A shithole. Just because you put a dress on a whore, the fact remains: She's still a whore.
I couldn't care less who gets the naming rights, AC. I just know that JJ (admitted by HIMSELF on national TV) is so up to the eyeballs in the red, he looks like he smokes weed hourly. He NEEDS someone to sign that check and soon.
And all that prattle about signage, I couldn't care less. It's his crater; let him plaster and overcharge as much as he wants. Too bad the product on the field isn't going to be the selling point that he thought it would be.
And a sign for AMEX or Pepsi still won't help the fact that team still chokes at the end.
No matter how much you think it does.
And anytime you want to compare Phillips and Reid's professional accomplishments, let me know
And we BOTH know that's not happening.
So make all the fat jokes you want. You just sound like the bigger tool in the end ( if possible)
You don't play playoff games during the season.
That's why Romo doesn't win a damn thing. He doesn't play ANY games during the season like the playoffs.
Then again....maybe he does.
Garcia was 5-1 and a playoff win in '06. Backup QB can get a playoff win and a 5 year starter can't GET ONE.
Pathetic.

Either make the post MUCH shorter and post all points all at ONCE or make them separate posts. There is ZERO value to compressing it into one post drawn out over several hours.

"what's with the "dot"VoxVeritas?"
Won't let me log on so I made another name.
First this:
"Eagles have shown in the past decade"
Then this:
"And please spare the rest with your selective history rhetoric."
You're an idiot.
"History doesn't lie, Vox."
Right. History states that the Eagirls are one of the very few losing franchises in the NFL. History states that when it matters most, the Eagirls have never been up to the task. History shows that Eagirls fans are the dumbest animals on the planet.
"That "state of the art" stadium has no name on it"
It's got a name. It's called "Cowboys Stadium". The last stadium was called "Texas Stadium" and Jones made more money off of it than any other team could dream of, and never had to change the name of the stadium. Now I'm not saying that he'll never sell stadium naming rights, but I will tell you that he won't do it unless he gets an amount commensurate with the lofty privilege of a company having it's name associated with such a stadium and such a team. We're talking 8 figures per year, minimum. But in the meantime, he's making plenty of money off the stadium. The Eagirls get like $7 mil per year to call their toilet "Lincoln Financial Field". Jerry Jones gets more than that for corporations just to hang some banners inside his stadium. AmEx, PepsiCo, American Airlines, Miller Brewing, Bank of America, Dr. Pepper, Ford etc. Last I read they all pay a minimum of $8 million per year for signage considerations.
"Like Phillips is svelte."
He's not, but most of Wade Phillips' fat is around his waist, not between his ears. Get Andy under 400 and then we'll talk about how fat he's not.
"In one HALF of a season, Garcia has more playoff wins than Mr. Simpson does in starting FIVE."
You don't play playoff games during the season. Eagirls fans continue to prove themselves to be the dumbest animals on the planet. "DJ" must stand for "dumb juice".

Right. History states that the Eagirls are one of the very few losing franchises in the NFL. History states that when it matters most, the Eagirls have never been up to the task. History shows that Eagirls fans are the dumbest animals on the planet.
“That “state of the art” stadium has no name on it”
It’s got a name. It’s called “Cowboys Stadium”. The last stadium was called “Texas Stadium” and Jones made more money off of it than any other team could dream of, and never had to change the name of the stadium. Now I’m not saying that he’ll never sell stadium naming rights, but I will tell you that he won’t do it unless he gets an amount commensurate with the lofty privilege of a company having it’s name associated with such a stadium and such a team. We’re talking 8 figures per year, minimum. But in the meantime, he’s making plenty of money off the stadium. The Eagirls get like $7 mil per year to call their toilet “Lincoln Financial Field”.
“Like Phillips is svelte.”
He’s not, but most of Wade Phillips’ fat is around his waist, not between his ears. Get Andy under 400 and then we’ll talk about how fat he’s not.
“In one HALF of a season, Garcia has more playoff wins than Mr. Simpson does in starting FIVE.”
You don’t play playoff games during the season. Eagirls fans continue to prove themselves to be the dumbest animals on the planet. “DJ” must stand for “dumb juice”.
20-16.

ooooooh. But not the Cowboys. And didn't the Saints beat the Eagirls 48-22? Now I realize that McNabb didn't play, but unless they were going to have him play on defense, he wouldn't have made a difference.
Well, it does matter when you have a 4 pt game at the half and your backup qb commits back to back turnovers on successive possessions turning a close game into a blowout, including a pick returned 97 yds for a TD.
What was the Pokes record without Romo last year?
Oh that's right. It didn't matter.
Romo himself shit the bed in the end anyway.

Well it's not like it's "the Swamp" but if the Eagirls can't beat them in Philly with the refs in their pockets and all t hat home-cooking, what makes you think that they can beat them in Cowboys Stadium?
Simple. Whether it's Texas , Cowboys or any other corrupt establishment that Jerruh extorts a nine figure naming rights deal from to plaster it's name on that friggin crater, Eagles have shown in the past decade one thing: THEY OWN DALLAS WHEN IT MATTERS THE MOST. History doesn't lie, Vox. Spin it all you want. No matter who they have at QB or what patsy at coach Jerruh wants to puppet, when they absolutely gotta have it, Eagles absolutely jam it up Jerruh's ass with authority.
Expect more of the same.
With authority.
And please spare the rest with your selective history rhetoric. That "state of the art" stadium has no name on it because noone will pay Skelator the unconscious ransom demands that he wants to put it there. Common knowledge, Corky. Do some research.
44-6

Same QB

For all of the talk about the Cowboys’ troubles in December, they have been to the “promised land” many times… the Eagirls have choked each and every season away since you’ve been alive, and probably since your father’s been alive, too.

"Cowboys fans are the biggest group of whiny pusses in the country. Seriously, their inferiority complex to the Eagles is just embarrassing for them."
Saying that the Cowboys are inferior to the Eagirls is like saying that ribeye steak is inferior to spoiled hamburger meat. Bitch please, the Eagirls don't even have an overall winning record.

You guys all know that Tom Caughlin and Andy Reid have an agreement on the side right?
Andy helps Caughlin get into the playoffs so he can keep his job as long as the Giants take out a couple of teams during the regular season to help the Eagles position.
Its going to be no different this year. The Eagles will take out the Cowboys for the Giants so they can get in the playoffs and the Giants will take out the Vikings so the Eagles will get the 2nd seed.
Then Andy will let Caughlin hang around in the playoffs until he knows Caughlins job is safe and then he will cast him aside like so many devoured chicken wing bones.
When Mcnabb blew his knee out in 06 I could here Caughlin scream in Joy all the way in South Jersey. He knew in 07-08 Mcnabb would still be healing so he would finally have a chance to win in the playoffs and possibly the SUPER BOWL. And what do you know he did.

"Tomlin's not so smart. He is good at flowery, nonsensical, gobbledygook, doubletalk but not so good at coaching."
Beg pardon? When I said that Tomlin was a poor man's version of Barry Switzer (obviously giving Tomlin way more credit than he deserves, Tomlin's not fit to polish Switzer's shoes as a head coach or anything else), I was assured by Steeler fans that Tomlin was a "great coach that did not just inherit a great team".

"And before Dallas plays Philly, the Cowboys have to play the Redskins in D.C. I think you're basically saying that Dallas will roll over Washington, when last time I checked, Romo and company crept away with a 7-6 win in the last 2 minutes of their previous match. Good luck."
Saaay, didn't the Raiders outright BEAT the Eagirls? Yep, just like the Cowboys did. In Philly.
