The New York Giants previously had four tight ends on their roster.
And now they have five.
According to Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger, the Giants have signed Scott Chandler off the Cowboys’ practice squad.
Already on the team are Kevin Boss, Darcy Johnson, Travis Beckum, and Bear Pascoe.
Garafolo points out that Johnson was deactivated for the first time in his career on Monday night against the Redskins. Johnson hasn’t shown up on any of the Giant’s recent injury reports.
Boss and Bear Pascoe started Monday night’s game in a two-tight-end formation for the Giants.
