As the Chargers and the Titans prepare to provide us with some Christmas night entertainment on NFL Network, the first injury report in advance of their showdown has been release.
For the Chargers, center Scott Mruczkowski (ankle) is out, and definitely won't play. On Tuesday, the following players missed practice: defensive end Jacques Cesaire (elbow), defensive end Travis Johnson (groin), linebacker Shawne Merriman (foot), and receiver Legedu Naanee (foot).
Fully participating in practice despite injuries were linebacker Kevin Burnett (neck), center Nick Hardwick (ankle), and punter Mike Scifres (groin).
For the Titans, linebacker Keith Bulluck (knee) is out; he's got a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the season.
Missing practice were defensive tackle Tony Brown (knee, quad), cornerback Nicholas Harper (shoulder), and defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch (neck). Practicing on a limited basis were tight end Craig Stevens (concussion) and receiver Nate Washington (ankle).

Entertainment is not the proper word to describe football on NFL Network.
Hopefully someone takes this off their hands next season.
