Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart should have another chance to win NFC offensive player of the week.
The team is likely to face the Giants Sunday without top back DeAngelo Williams, who was listed as doubtful after missing a third straight practice. Stewart is questionable with a sore Achilles, but practiced fully Friday and should start.
Panthers coach John Fox may not be a popular figure among Carolina fans, but he has his squad playing hard despite many injuries. The Panthers scared the Patriots in Foxborough, then destroyed the Vikings on Sunday night.
Starting quarterback Matt Moore is also listed as questionable, but practiced fully Friday.
Tyrell Sutton should get some carries too.. packers shouldn’t have got rid of him, he is a good back
its all good rest up D-Will we need you healthy for next year
J-stew and Sutton will do fine back there, look for a big game from those 2 this sunday
I can’t wait for the dimwit duo of Pervy_Harvin, Fan Of Football to post some dumbass comment.
I just saw that Sutton is doubtful too, so I guess Mike Goodson will get some action
Destroyed the Vikings?
Until the 4th quarter, the Vikings had the lead. Yes, the Panthers destroyed the Vikings in the 4th quarter, but not through the whole game. I wouldn’t call that “destroying the Vikings.”
the panthers decided to destroy the vikings in the 2nd half.
Julius Peppers decided to rape the vikings for the enitre game.
The guy had four TDs and 4.5 yd per carry game against NY last year when NY still had a semblance of a defense. Huge break for the Giants. Not saying that Stewart doesn’t have talent, but Williams killed last year.
If Mat Moore can, and the way the G-men give up big yards once they get pass the line, gotten
feeling, Mr Peppers could have a big night againt
the rookie Beatty. He has been playing well, but
there o-line is banged up, he”s gonna need some.
T.thomas is the only real player in the secondary,
so the Giants better get a lead early.
