Those people that believe these athletes should be catered to because they are special are probably the same parents that allow their kids to do as they wish and become terrible adults. A little discipline among some of these players sure won’t hurt them.

TRADE HIM!! bowe is one of my favorite players and i dont want to see him drown with this joke of a team. if haley doesnt like the way hes acting and hes threatening to trade him, maybe he should just do it. bowe is worth at least a 2nd rounder or a 3rd+player.

Haley effed up when he fired the OC just prior to the season. Just as Morris did in TB. Neither of those choices panned out very well. He may not be over his head as much as Morris but you could make a strong argument that he is. The Chiefs used to be awesome under Marty…too bad.

Maybe Haley should have apportioned a little more time to actually coaching receivers rather than proving what a tough guy he is by berating undrafted free agents.

Cassel has been strong, considering what he has for an Offensive Line and receivers outside Bowe. Chambers was a nice addition, but you can’t expect them to have Manning>Wayne or Brady>Moss or Schaub>Johnson chemistry right away.

Bowe had a decent season. He found the end zone a lot. But do not forget that Bowe had no help most of the season (Chambers has been a nice addition) and the Chiefs gave up the most sacks than almost anybody. That does now show the amount of pressure Cassel truly had. The Chiefs could have Randy Moss and Brandon Marshall and it wouldn’t matter without pass protection. Expect them to address that in the draft and become competitive in the next 2 years.

Sooner or later it’s gonna be Haley that has issues with WR’s…first Boldin, now Bowe, lookout Dez Bryant…
