Pat White in for injured Henne

Pat White is behind center for the Dolphins in the second half of Sunday’s game, and he’s not running the Wildcat.

Chad Henne was on the sidelines to open the second half because of an eye injury and is questionable to return.

White is 0-for-2 and has taken a sack in two drives that ended in punts.  The Dolphins trail the Steelers 17-10 midway through the third quarter.

sorry Florio, but Pat White is about as close to being an NFL QB as I am, and I’m 36, 20 lbs overweight, 3 knee surgeries college baseball days, and couldn’t run faster than a 4.8 before then.

Trying to follow this game on RedZone, it took me almost as long to realize they’d substituted White for Henne as it takes people to realize Gregg Rosenthal isn’t Mike Florio.
Oh dear, now White is hurt. I hope it’s not serious, he is moving. But he’s awfully small, isn’t he?
    Who’s their emergency QB?

You Colts fans are really nauseating. No wonder the Colts have been such underachievers. You people are a bunch of enablers.

Good news for Florio, maybe he can hire Pat White as his BackUp Writer incase Florio goes down as a starter.
Cause as it stands… I doubt we will see Pat in another jersey

  28. mwcarolina says: Jan 3, 2010 4:27 PM

should update this, Pat White was crushed, felt bad for the kid, he didn’t play well no, but jeez that hit was brutal

  29. Philly is Full of Fags aka ErieRat says: Jan 3, 2010 4:28 PM

That hit is going to bring a BIG fine.

  30. dubs7_2000 says: Jan 3, 2010 4:58 PM

ya think that Ike meant it? wtf…make sense..he was tackling the guy and hit him…Unfortunately both of them had their heads down…No fine..just a hard hit.
unfortunate…hope he’s ok…he needs to take up another sport…way to small

  31. Deb says: Jan 3, 2010 6:38 PM

Ike didn’t launch with his helmet. That’s why it wasn’t penalized. It may or may not bring a fine. Several times this year, they’ve fined players from various teams for hits that weren’t penalized and appeared legal. Maybe they’re going to use the fines to buy flags so they can shift to non-contact next season.
