Boldin’s status won’t be known until Sunday

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin couldn’t practice today because of knee and ankle injuries. Whether he’ll be able to play Sunday against the Green Bay Packers remains to be seen.

Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic reports that Boldin’s status likely won’t be known until Sunday.

But while the Cardinals are obviously concerned about Boldin’s availability, there’s good news for other injured Cardinals. Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and free safety Antrel Rolle were both able to practice Thursday on a limited basis, and Rodgers-Cromartie described himself as “full speed.”

Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell was limited while practicing with a cast on his broken thumb but said, “I definitely want to be out there.”
