Each Friday, we try to list all the official injury reports from around the league.
A quick scan through today’s posts shows we’re a team short: The Cowboys.
(Insert PFT hates the Cowboys comments below. Although PFT also supposedly hates the Packers, Steelers, Cardinals, Seahawks, Vikings, Patriots, Eagles, Ravens, Bengals, Jets, Raiders, and Chargers. Except when we’re accused of loving them. The Texans are the only neutral team.)
The biggest names on the injury report for Dallas are Marion Barber (knee) and DeMarcus Ware back). Both are probable.
Also probable: Tashard Choice (concussion), Marc Colombo (ankle and leg), Terence Newman (knee), and Gerald Sensabaugh (thumb).
Safety Pat Watkins (knee) is questionable and looks unlikely to play.
And in 24 hours from now, we’ll be close to halftime of a fascinating matchup for Wild Card Saturday. Giddy up.

The BEST game of the post season including the Superbowl. Calling it now and since I am 99.9% correct 100% of the time, you can count on it.

All the name calling aside…good luck Eagles fans. We (Cowboys fans) hate you, but we damn sure respect your team. Should be a great game.

By “probable”, we mean, there is no chance in HELL that these guys don’t start. Barber and Ware are two of the toughest Cowboys. Remember Ware being taken off on a stretcher and then carrying their defense to a win over the Saints the next week?
Both teams are pretty much healthy, they know each other well. No surprises. Let the best team win!
Won’t be the best game of the playoffs, but will be good. Cowboys will pull it out but the celebration will be but a week. For we all know what happens to visitors to the Dome! You become a buffet for the hungry Vikings! Maybe next year Cowgirls.

It’s not that you hate the Cowboys, Gregg. I think you’re very objective, myself. It’s Florio that hates the Cowboys. I know that not listing the Cowboys was at worse an afterthought on your part. Unless the Saints pull it together which I don’t think is going to happen.

I think the Saints were kind of thinking the same thing. They weren’t just undefeated at home but they were undefeated period. I don’t think the Vikes will be able to handle Dallas if Dallas keeps playing like they’ve been playing the last few games. Dallas will show you queens who the king is.

Hahahaha. A Vikings fan talking trash? Seriously? “We all know what happens to visitors to the dome”? Educate me, then. What big game have the Vikings ever won in that building? Last I recall was in 1999 when they lost to the Falcons in the NFC Championship, having a superior 15-1 team, yet finding a way to lose anyway. Super Bowls for the Vikings? Zero wins, and the last time they made it they got slapped around by the Raiders, and that was so long ago (1977) that Al Davis was still lucid, and I was but a child.

I agree with jjared1101. I’ma huge cowboys fan and really hate the eagles but you gotta respect the back and forth battle. If (when) we get past the eagles I think the cowboys could go all the way. THIS IS THE NFC CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!

Dude, I was born in NC in 1964 and there was no team in NC then. My daddy bought me some cowboys stuff when I was still too young to understand football, but by the mid 70′s, I was a fan.Of the game and especially of the Cowboys. Sorry I didn’t check with you before picking a team.
I didn’t have a favorite player at first and my first fave was Tony Dorsett.Again, sorry I never checked with you.
My Grandma was a full blood Cherokee and thus my daddy also had quite a bit in his blood. Want to guess why he wasn’t going to give the time of day to a team called the “redskins”? So having no reason to cheer for the only team near that mattered, Dallas was my team. And I don’t give a flying #### what people like you think about not cheering for a local team. THAT is the lamest excuse of all..just because they play near you? That is even MORE bandwagon than the fans you describe who like teams that are not local.
And as for Landry.. I loved him as coach but dang man, let it go. The game had passed him by. It may not have happened in the best way, but regardless of how it happened people like you would have found a reason to whine because you hate the Cowboys anyway, so what does it matter?
