Though Cardinals receiver Anquan Boldin officially is listed as questionable for Saturday’s division-round game against the Saints, Jason La Canfora of NFL Network has offered up an alternative categorization as to whether Boldin will play despite knee and ankle injuries.
“Quasi-miraculous.”
But Boldin’s likely absence doesn’t mean that it will be quasi-miraculous if the Cardinals win. Rich Eisen of NFLN points out that the Cards are 6-1 without Boldin over the past two seasons, including 2-0 in the postseason.
Last week, Steve Breaston and Early Doucet stepped up and helped the Cardinals score 51 points against the Packers.
Cool, let me try this. It will be”quasi-miraculous” when PFT puts out an original story that lacks feces.
The Cardinals should really think about trading Boldin. Breaston and Doucet played huge on the biggest of stages and both of them are legit starters.
Yeah but the Packers suck – that should get the trolls out and help out with hits. Can I get a cut Florio?
Since Anquan began squawking about how he’s underpaid in relation to Larry Fitzgerald, Larry has quietly played in every game and outperformed Anquan, even when Anquan is in the game.
Any questions Anquan?
They’re not going to need him anyway, the trio of Breaston/Urban/Doucet will do just fine in his absence, as we saw last week…
Breaking News: it would NOW be a miracle if Boldin DOESN’T play he has never felt better.
I suppose Steve-O will try to give his sugar daddy Dan Snyder credit for this too.
“Quasi” is so lame!
If the Cards can catch another defensive coordinator asleep at the wheel for the second week in a row they won’t need him.
