Warner heads to locker room after taking a devastating hit

Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner has walked to the locker room after taking a ridiculously hard hit from Saints defensive end Bobby McCray following a second-quarter interception.

He’s officially questionable to return, due to a chest injury.

It means that, at least for now, Matt Leinart will take the reins for the Cardinals. And it’s the first time Leinart and Bush, former teammates at USC, will be facing each other during their four-year NFL careers.

Leinart will need to use everything he learned in the offseason and then some from Jay Glazer in order to save the day.

Especially if Leinart throws an interception and Bobby McCray has Leinart in his sights.
