This is stupid. The team gave him his contract, they shouldn’t be going back on that just because they think he’s not worth it now. He shouldn’t back down… theres bound to be a team that would take a young safety of his caliber.

Maybe the Eagles should look out for this guy. They could use a good safety in their secondary, which looked like a JV team this year

One thing to realize here is Rolle’s contract was for a cornerback. He was drafted to play CB and that’s why his numbers on his contract are outrageous because corners get paid more money than free or strong safety types.
