Saints issue Friday injury report

The Saints have listed a whopping 19 players as probable for Super Bowl XLIV.

They can be viewed here.
The lone player listed as questionable is fourth-string RB Lynell Hamilton, who has an ankle injury and missed another practice on Friday.  It doesn’t look like he’s going to play, but New Orleans has plenty of depth at his position.
Hamilton also contributes on special teams, though the Saints have been using starters to cover kicks in the postseason.  His absence shouldn’t hurt much in that area.
Nickel corner Randall Gay (foot, illness) was held out of practice Friday, but is expected to be well by Sunday.  The probable tag means the Saints consider Gay “virtually certain” to be available for normal duties.

In a Nation wide study of all cities of NFL teams,it appears that the Green Bay Packers fans are well below the mental retardation in IQ tests. They also scored very low in human relations and reasoning tests.Further more tests show addiction to abnormal sexuality with farm animals and pets alike.
Included in the study for the city of Green Bay were JimmySmith, Bob_Nelson and Vog.

Saints forgot to list their chances of beating the Colts as “doubtful”

All you bandwagon Saints fans need to relax, you know whether you want to admit it or not, you did not earn the trip to Miami you were chosen.
Lets take a look at a few things from the past.
I will give you an example the leagues favortism to the Patriots with the tuck rule, the Brady rule (that wasnt called for Favre), the lack of discipline for Belicheat and spygate, the no contact after 5 yrd rule implemented after they were all over the Colts receivers, even Douche Bag Tom Terrific didnt like the field so they dug it up and resurfaced the field during a bye week (look it up if you dont believe it) and there is a rule now that you can not do that until offseason. Its ironic that after 911 the Patriots who wear Red, White and Blue end up winning the Superbowl after being the largest underdog in NFL history.
Lets not even mention the Steelers favortism against the Seahawks.
It is also ironic that even though Minny turned the ball over 6 times, the Saints still needed the zebras questionable calls in overtime to end up in Miami. The 4th down when Pierre fumbled the ball and when gained control he was not past the first down marker, the phantom pass interference, and the catch the hit the ground but they did not over turn. I bet Bert Emmanuel for the Bucs almost lost his mind, his catch vs the Rams was overturned and this one wasnt, child please.
The NFL did not want to be responsible for a riot in the streets if Minny would have got the ball back like they should have and won.

Dallas 6584, dude you are funny. If I were you I would just stop watching football – it seems to be too much for you to handle.

Dallas- step away from the crack pipe. Our team won on the field, your team didn’t. You should take up knitting.

Dalla, sometimes people just dont want to accept the facts no matter how clear they are.You are dead on about the Aints -Viking game.

NFL teams and fans need for the SB to go into OT, Colts win the coin flip and after a couple bad officiating calls, the Colts kick a game winning FG. It would:
1)put pressure on the league to get rid of the current OT system
2)put pressure on the league to finally employ full time officials
    3) result in the best team having won
    4) give the Saints and their fans a taste of what it’s like to get jobbed by the refs
    5) put an end to this katrina b.s.
    6) be a fitting end to the leagues worst bandwagon fans who now all claim to be the best fans but only a few years ago didn’t put 20,000 fans in the stands and even then they were so ashamed of their team they wore bags over their heads, LMAO

    damn good summary humble, lol

  12. Rip says: Feb 5, 2010 7:23 PM

Maybe next time the queens will invest in some stickem, since they can’t hold on to the ball any other way.

  13. lilhopo says: Feb 5, 2010 7:34 PM

a few haters in the house. Saints will win, forget what others think, they wish they would be in our shoes, and yes Saints do belong here.

SAINT’S GONNA KICK THAT HORSES ASS!!!!

  15. FootballOnly says: Feb 5, 2010 8:06 PM

Rip…..i don’t think anyone other than your fellow aint’s fans are taking anything you say too seriously. From reading the posts, experts, and overall reaction, it’s rather obvious that the general public doesn’t think the saints belong in the SB and certainly don’t have a chance to win it. The Aint’s can play dirty and have the refs steal a game for them but neither of those methods will work for gaining fan respect……ya gotta earn that.

  16. MrHumble says: Feb 5, 2010 8:10 PM

anyone who thinks the saints belong in the SB had to have worn a bag over their head a little too long.

  17. Rip says: Feb 5, 2010 8:14 PM

I love the losers that blame the refs rather than the losing losers that can’t hold on to a football. Maybe when the queens go to la the leagues biggest whiners will find a new group of choke artists to cheer.

  18. FootballOnly says: Feb 5, 2010 8:15 PM

damn fans of the other 31 teams must not know chit about football……guess we all gotta move to the big easy to better understand it……

  19. Rip says: Feb 5, 2010 9:44 PM

Other than a handful of whiners with multiple accounts on the interwebs, nobody thinks they don’t “deserve” to be there, given that even most casual fans understand that the team with the most points at the end wins, it’s only a few idiots on here that don’t get that pretty simple concept.
As far as the colts being favored by the public, it’s not the surprising. Most of them are casual fans that are basing their opinion on the second half of the two conference championship games. The saints played their worst game of the year and still beat the second seed in the conference. The colts played two teams with no offense that wouldn’t have even made the playoffs in the NFC.
I’m just curious what excuses you whiners will come up with Sunday night after drew brees raises that super bowl trophy.
The Colts haven’t played near the schedule that the saints played, and that little defense is about to get torched.

  20. hankstramcbsradio says: Feb 5, 2010 10:48 PM

I love how the whiner Saints fans whine about how they get no respect from the media and how they whine about Vikings fans whining. The way these people are talking about their team, the Saints had better win Sunday or they will look like fools. I don’t want the Saints to win, but I know full well they might. I know if the Saints do win, their homers will crown their team the best of all time. That’s how delusional they truly are.

  21. kpweaver27 says: Feb 5, 2010 11:12 PM

“The Colts haven’t played near the schedule that the saints played, and that little defense is about to get torched.”
    Wow.
You’re right, the Colts played a SIGNIFCANTLY harder schedule. The Colts’ opponents were a combined 121-135 in the superior AFC. The Saints’ opponents were a combined 111-145 in the inferior NFC. Keep in mind that when you get stats exactly wrong on the Internet, its there for all to see.
By the way, the Saints didn’t play their worst game against Minnesota. (That would be the loss to TAMPA.) They received five turnovers, only one of which could be described as “forced,” and still mustered just 28 points in regulation. And yes, obvious Saints fan, they were the beneficiary of a lot of bad calls in overtime. It is what it is, I don’t blame them. But they’re lucky, and probably about to be humbled.

Sounds like the Saints haters need a tissue for your issue. We could CARE LESS that you don’t want us to win, that you think we have not earned it, etc. What else would we expect a bunch of fans of LOSER teams to say? Where are your teams, chumps? Sitting on their a$$ waiting for next season. Enjoy the game and watching us hoist the Lombardi trophy Sunday night. Winning and being an underdog will make it that much better. Later, Losers…WHO DAT!!!!

  23. Dallas6584 says: Feb 6, 2010 8:10 PM

For the people who wanted to rip me for my blog, first thing I am a Cowboys fan and I am not bitter for Minny losing, my team whipped your sorry ass Aints in your own house. You fans that believe the saints deserve to be in the SB you should have quit fondeling your sister and cousins and watched the game. Who Dat nation just wants another reason to get hammered so they can actually go home and feel okay about being married to swamp donkey women that looks like William Perry. For you football fans who just jumped the wagon this year he played for the Bears in the 80′s. Instead of letting Darren Sharper and Sean Paytin run around with the NFC championship trophy acting like they are giving back to the fans, they should have let the refs do that for the fans since they are the ones who gave the fans the gift.
Trust me watching football is not too hard for me to handle, listening to all of these “true fans” is too much for any true football to have to listen to. Where were all you fans when your team was only heard of because they were the poster children for all of the NFL bloopers. I will go out on a limb and say you were a Cowboys, 49ers or Steelers fan.
You fans make me sick most of you speak broken English and could not even spell the name of the state you live in.
Get a clue your fantasy season will soon be over soon and you can go back to feeling left out again.
