Randall Gay sat out Saints practice for a second straight day Saturday with a cold, but should be ready for the Super Bowl, according to coach Sean Payton.
The Saints concluded their practice work for the weak with a quick walkthrough practice. Gay is one of the team’s extra defensive backs and figures to get plenty of snaps against the Colts’ pass-heavy attack. He watched practice from the sideline Saturday.
Fourth running back Lynell Hamilton sat out the walkthrough as well; he hasn’t practiced all week and looks unlikely to play.
Oops-sorry–I read the headline and thought Florio took the day off-my bad.
Gayest headline ever…
i clicked this link thinking it was referring to Ovie Mughelli.
You’re ma’ boy, Blue!
Since that Mancrunch ad was banned, it seems like Gay will be sitting out Sunday too.
I thought Florio might be taking the night off.
not that there’s anything wrong with that
That’s Gay.
not that there is anything wrong with that.
That headline is soooo gay!
“work for the weak”. nice spelling
don’t ask …don’t tell
So which one of the 53 gay Saints players sat out again?
“Oops-sorry–I read the headline and thought Florio took the day off-my bad.”
Ouch. Mr. Florio just got burnt big time.
Hey Moron…you left out one qualification. Which one of the Saints SUPERBOWL players is sitting out. You have to be a ViQueens fan, who incidentally are sitting at home watching the game, just like yourself. Who Dat winning the SUPERBOWL? Whiny bitch!
Wierd I thought this was an article about jim caldwell sitting jeff saturday
Oh. My. God. Somebody put the word “GAY” in a threadline on PFT.
What sort of puerile jokes can I make about this?
Naaah, I got nuthin’.
This guy is too fragile to play football. He was able to last through his rookie season (forced into action when all Pats DBs went down like flies), but since then he’s always been hurt. An ankle here, the same ankle there, a shoulder here, a flu there…
He seems like a stand up guy, but he can’t stay on the field. He’s like 5’10″ and 150lbs…. (ie, a protypical Pats DB)…just can’t hold up.
