There is a rule of uncapped salary season that Mr. Florio has yet to even acknowledge (prob. because he does not know it).
A players pay can only be raised 30% by his team on an extension in an uncapped year.
He is making 635k next season in base salary, which means that if the Browns wait until the CAP is lifted, they could only pay his a MAX of around 850k base because of the rules.

You idiots have been the laughing stock of the NFL for the better part of 40 years. There is only 3 teams have fewer playoff appearances than you..
The Saints franchise started in 1967, and has 7 playoff appearances.
Carolina has 4 playoff appearances (and just as many Super Bowl appearances), and Jacksonville has 6 playoff appearances, but they didn’t get their start til 1995.
Houston has no playoff appearances, but they didnt start til 2002.
