I like Wynn. He manned up after his rookie year. Wouldn’t play with a hangnail. Lacked dedication. He’s really come on though. Edgar Bennett can reach these guys. Was very tough picking up blitzes before he went down this year. People criticize him for lack of toughness, but this was a legitimate injury.
Dude has skills, but our Oline never really gave him any holes. I think he was trying to hard too. Didn’t get many chances, because of his past.
The Packers have 4 guys who are very similar. Wynn is one of them. If they moved Wynn to FB, they’d have two potential Pro Bowl FBs on the roster, with Wynn and Quinn Johnson.
Dunno if he even makes the team as a HB. We got Grant, Jackson, Lumpkin and Wynn in the mix. But these guys are all “between the tackles” types who aren’t great recievers. The Packers want a speed guy who can catch a screen pass (without tipping it up into the air first) and take it to the house. A guy who can get to the corner.
These guys all have skills, but we got too many of them, imo.
