Lions tender Ramirez, Gandy

The Detroit Lions have tendered offers to two restricted free agent guards.

Tim Twentyman of the Detroit News reports that guards Manny Ramirez, who started 12 games in 2009, and Dylan Gandy, who started five, have received tender offers. The Lions will announce their full list of tender offers on Thursday.

Both were apparently tendered at original-round level.

The Lions’ other restricted free agents are guard Daniel Loper, defensive end Jason Hunter, safeties Daniel Bullocks and Ko Simpson, linebacker Cody Spencer, defensive end Copeland Bryan and cornerback Kevin Hobbs.
