The Saints headed into the off-season with a long list of free agents, but it just got shorter, as they’ve re-signed backup offensive lineman Nick Leckey.
Leckey signed a one-year contract, the team announced.
A contributor on special teams as well as the offensive line, Leckey played in eight games during the 2009 regular season and all three playoff games.
Leckey signed a one-year contract with the Saints last year after having previously played for the Rams and Cardinals.
