To avoid the suspensions, the primary issue the Williams need to establish is the NFL as a partial employer. The confidentiality crap is more of a damage claim, and kind of a throw-in. I’ll bet it was thrown out there just to make the NFL look bad.

Once again we have lawyers throwing crap against the wall and see what sticks. I do not care if the Williams are suspended four games or not (Saints players included) but having to listen or read about lawyers is a pain. I have and always will believe “that a person is innocent until proven broke” at which time the lawyers will quit or settle.
