Bucs sign Sean Jones

The agent for free agent safety Sean Jones recently called his meetings with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers “very productive.” Apparently they were productive enough to produce a contract.

Steve Duemig of WDAE is reporting that Jones has signed with the Bucs.

Jones played last season with the Philadelphia Eagles, playing in 15 games and starting nine. Prior to that he played for the Cleveland Browns from 2004 to 2008.

Jones had also visited the Tennessee Titans.

Finally a nice signing for the Bucs, now they just need to trade for Brandon Marshall LOL

Anyone is better than Sabby Piscatelli. That guy is a bum. I’ll take a waiver on Jones rather than ride it out watching Sabby “The Goat” again. In the end, however, Jones isn’t going to change in the fact the Bucs will only win three games again this year. Go Bucs Management!

I know I speak for most Eagles fans when I say that I’m fine with Jones signing anywhere as long as he’s not back with the Birds. @ Bucnnole: If you think Piscatelli was bad, wait until you see this stiff.

There is a huge elephant in the room, and it’s covered in urine. You guys know that girl was peeing on him in the bathroom right?

If the Bucs were smart and thats a big “IF”. They would throw a front loaded contract at OJ Atogwe to shore up their safety position. Not treasure another teams trash. Sean Jones isn’t a bad player but for a team to blatantly not spend any money’s gotta be hard to swallow as a fan. Oh how the mighty have fallen since that Superbowl in 02.

Who cares how much he signed for?
Bucs will most likely win more than 3 games, despite the owners.

Not sure how he didn’ start every game for the Eagles Last Year. Easily their best option

best safety in the league. Don’t encourage anyone to take one of the only few bright spots the Rams have had over the last 5 years away!
